Ignores customization on online orders, just shoves out the base model of whatever you ordered. Paid for steak, got ground beef.... Asked for no tomatoes, tons of tomatoes. Literally as easy as it can get, the order comes straight from the customer's phone tothe cook line. Has to be lack of caring. Literally just got my meal from them. Ordered the chicken quesadilla and two tacos. Place is VERY stingy with there meat and... cheese. Quesadilla literally only had one small bit of chicken through the whole thing, barely any cheese. And pretty muchstuffed my taco shells with a small spoon of meat, and a salads worth of lettuce. The overtly large soft spoken Hispanic male "manager" is very rude unprofessional. My husband had to go back up to the counter... twice because of the way his food was made very poorly. There was one small bundle of cheese on the left end of his taco. Hissour cream was also just on one side and very little. The nachos he got were mainly just beans and chips. When he asked the softspoken manager about his nachos he offered to remake them the exact same because "everything is proportioned" and then told mehe could give me extra toppings if I paid extra. Then my husband opened his taco and got frustrated even more I so I walked upthere and got to speak to the shift leader Chris who was very respectful and kind and even agreed that the taco was madeimproperly and poorly. I was hungry and went this taco bell at 2 am. Ordered 4 burritos of beef and chicken? after 15 min they gave the order and I... went back on my long trip drive? when I opened up.. all the orders are just tortia with cheese and I do not see anything else. Bought the party pack of tacos. There nothing inside. The tacos were thinner than the paper they were wrapped in. Tried to call... but they told me to hang on. They laid the phone down mngr. never answered. I hung up and called back the line stayed busy untilclosing. Read more
Good afternoon. I placed an order at your store yesterday during lunch time for a $10 Taco & Burrito Pack. I ate 6 out of the... 8 items and brought the 2 leftover burritos home straight to the refrigerator and still wrapped. This morning my wife decidedto eat one of the burritos for breakfast and as she was about to finish eating it she found a bug in her food (please see myYelp review for picture showing details). ???? I am posting this in the hopes someone in management at this establishment canaddress this issue, I can only imagine what could have been in my food that I already ate.
