Petty doesn't even begin to describe it. I was doing a doordash and they made me pay for the customers sauce. Absolutely... ridiculous. Put me in a position to have a customer be upset with me and your organization and force me to pay my own money. I'mgoing to call corporate as well. We normally love Whataburger, but this is the 2nd time in a month that we've gone to this Whataburger, and both times the food... is room temp at best as soon as we get it (we always check our order before leaving the parking lot). The fries taste likethey've been sitting for hours under a low temp heat lamp, and the meat patties on our burgers taste like they were microwaved.We've decided to avoid this location from now on. My boyfriend and I eat whataburger pretty often, it?s definitely our go-to! We typically pick it up curbside so we never... interact with the employees. However, tonight we ordered curbside but I had to go inside to ask for some spicy ketchup and theatmosphere in the restaurant was AMAZING!!! Those employees are doing an awesome job and the manager working that shift was anabsolute rockstar , very attentive and full of positive energy. I love people like him! Worst Whataburger I?ve ever been to in the state of Texas rotten lettuce on my chicken sandwich. They did not put gravy with a... three piece chicken meal. The 17 year old manager argue with me and that lobby to 25 minutes to go through the drive-through.Avoid like the plague. Read more
The food was amazing... but we were already halfway down the highway when I realized that they didn't put my jalapeno ranch in... the bag... had to make my own. It didn't taste right. Only Whataburger sauces go good with Whataburger fries. Read more
Ordered my breakfast on the app to be ready between 10:45-10:50. Showed up at 10:50 and still had to wait over 20 minutes for... the order to be ready. 2 men in the kitchen were yelling at each other the whole time we waited. I love whataburger, but everyone is right they are kinda slow. But for one second think about it. Your burger is not cooked till... you order it. Your bun isn't toasted till you order. One of my favorite reasons about choosing whataburger is they cook everyorder fresh. Yeah some of the employees have an attitude, but it is always the same ones every day and night.
