What a treat in going here. We were to meet friends on the Cape, and asked to stop by for a meal. The fresh from the sea... choices were diverse, and there was also many land lover selections also. On vacation in Dennis we spotted this place. Only one person in the party liked seafood so we needed a place that catered to... both. This place had a full gamut of options. From pub food, sandwiches, burgers, salads and entrees. They have specials of allkinds. Our party started with mozzarella stocks and chicken tenders. Hard to mess up. Both were standard fried varieties. We hada kids steak tips which looked amazing. One order of pulled pork sandwich which was delicious and heaping order. An adult steaktip order as well as the Cobb salad. Their version had standard ingredients and some lobster and shrimp. Everything wasenjoyable. We sat outside so everything came in paper takeout style. It is a full service restaurant though. We enjoyed theoutdoor picnic area due to little ones. It was a family atmosphere out there. There is cornhole set up so kids can leave theirparents alone. Food was served quick. Waitstaff was pleasant. Most of the help were young high school and college aged kids. Wehad so much food we were able to have leftovers the following day. Good place to visit for a quick yummy meal. There was a fullbar menu and a band playing inside. This review is for the beach and not the fish and chips. This is an astonishing beach. It is just as good if not better than... Mayflower Beach. Just spent the 3rd of July here as my family was originally going to watch the sunset at Mayflower Beach. Wearrive at 6:30 in the parking lot only for there to be no open spots, careless people walking next to and around cars, andhardly any street to maneuver the parking lot. But as I admit, when we arrived to Chaplin Beach our excitement was back. Plentyof parking in an actual well organized lot where you can navigate. Why hassle for a parking spot at Mayflower to have the sameexperience and comfort at Chapin Beach. Incredible! Read more

Do yourself a favor and skip this restaurant. High prices for poor quality food, and disorganized kitchen. I was served 20... minutes after my table received their food. Five minutes after getting my meal, we were asked if we wanted the check.Additionally, my order was incorrect (and I was charged an extra fee which was removed after letting them know). I wanted toreally like this restaurant (it does have a nice atmosphere), but it?s just simply not worth it. I was left feeling very awkwardand hungry. Also, if you do decide to go, please note that the prices on the menu are cash prices, but you are charged an extra3.95% when you get the bill (even if you are paying cash). They then refund you the fee after you pay. While this isn?t a hugedeal on its own, this is not written on the menu or explained by the waiter. There is a very small sign explaining it. **EXTRA CHARGES TO PAY BY CARD** Went there on Saturday with several family members. Food & service were average. When the... waitress brought the bill we were informed that if paying by credit card there is 4% fee & that the prices on menu are the"cash" prices. Also were informed that there is an ATM machine (which probably charges a fee) if we preferred to do the cashpayment. So let's take a look at the extra charge & Massachusetts Consumer Protection. General Laws/Part 1/Title XX/ Chapter140D/Section 28A/(2) No seller in any sales transaction may impose a surcharge on a cardholder who elects to use a credit cardin lieu of payment by cash, check or similar means. Big portions and delicious. We popped in for a late lunch. Their take on a Cob Salad included the traditional ingredients and... lobster and shrimp...at a very reasonable price. The Tuna Poke had heaping amounts of really fresh Tuna...we will definitely begoing back! More items to explore! And prices were very reasonable. Read more
