The Den is a pub style restaurant with both indoor and outdoor dining. The wait staff was friendly and accommodating. The menu... had traditional pub style food like burgers, pizza and salads but they also have a variety of international and uniqueofferings. The prices were reasonable and the food was served fresh. The Capris salad and Ranch salad were good size andexcellent. I believe they grow their own tomatoes and basil in the outdoor patio area. The burgers were good but the clamchowder was just OK. Don’t even waste time or money at this place. What a joke. I’m in a hundred restaurants weekly and I decided to grab a quick... to-go lunch here. They gave me these tiny little tenders that are more like nuggets. Smaller than my thumb then had the nerve tocharge me $16.06 as if $2.50 per nugget is worth it. When I went back to double check if they really charged me $16 for this,the girl rudely said “we might have”. Don’t waste your time or money. Good food! I had the crab cakes and tuna won tons for apps and they were delicious. Tuna cooked perfect and was very fresh. Crab... cakes were dense and not oily. I then had the grilled chicken BLAT, which was good but I wouldn’t say amazing. The best partwas the experience with bartender, Judy. First time for us visiting The Den since it was Etsy's. Very inviting staff and same great bar. Bartender was great, very... engaging and attentive. The grilled fish tacos were good, really liked the pickled red onions on top. The fried fish sandwichwas delicious as well. Standard and curley fries all very good. Worth the visit. Read more
I am a cape codder, and my hubby wanted me to try this place. We placed an order for pick up. I paid extra for Onion Rings... instead of fries with my dinner. I got fries!! apparently someone cannot read tickets!! I called. they don't answer thephone!!! It goes to a voicemail box that is full!!!!! I emailed no rely!! I will never eat here again.
