Overall most locations are ok but have so much more potential and used to be better. My biggest observation is that locations... don't seem to be cleaned effectively. Floors seem like they are rarely.mopped and if don't they are not done well. Employessseem disengaged and just do what they simply have to. Appears to be a management issue. Read more

Worst experience ever ! I live 1 mile from this store and stop everyday . Today @948am as usual NO One at the front , the girl... in the the back called for Cassie or cassy , she was putting stuff on shelf , was so rude and nasty she was bothered .. rushingat the register , no hi just a grumpy face and plenty of attitude. This had to be the dirtiest Royal Farms I've ever seen. Bathrooms were disgusting and in disrepair. Walls, windows, counters... were filthy. Drink stations were dirty and had debris everywhere. Manager on duty was having loud discussion with subordinatesabout how she wasn't paid enough to do her job so made sense hearing that. Read more
