My family has eaten at BJ’s for a very long time but the last several times at this restaurant have been ridiculous… last... night was a nightmare. My son and I went to BJ’s after 8pm to spend some time together before a long busy work week. Ourexperience was far from relaxing. Here’s what happened. Ordered sweet tea….It’s unsweetened Ordered soup after15-minutes they say, “oh we are completely out of all soup”. Asked for dressing on the side of my salad, and it’sdrenched in dressing. I ordered a flatbread to replace the soup with no sauce on it and they covered it in sauce. My sonordered a burger well done, It came out raw in the middle and bloody. Ordered it to be redone, all of a sudden they’re out ofbuns! They come back 20-minutes later and they magically found a bun, my son was already over it. Asked for a box and tosee a manager been waiting 15-minutes for both and the manager never shows up. Our waiter never comes back while another waitercomes over to try and fix things. The entire meal and evening was a disaster. I also noticed other customers looking upset andthree ladies waiting to be seated for almost 10-minutes. They looked annoyed. This BJ’s has gone downhill and my family willnot be going back. My son had to stop on the way home to get food elsewhere after we paid over $40 for food that we basicallydidn’t eat. One of the BEST prime rib dinners I've ever had! Comes with a free dessert on weekends. Bartender was great and helpful with... selections. Service was fast with no issues. Both managers even assisted me with a dead vehicle battery, came out got dirty andeverything attempting to help me start my vehicle. Overall an excellent first time experience and an absolute new favorite! Read more
Service was 11/10. The bartenders were awesome and were working very hard. Food was good too. However, you guys need to clean... your beer cooler. I bought a can to take home it has visible mold growing on it. I'm just glad I noticed before opening it andputting my mouth on MOLD!!! It has been some time since we have been and now I know why we pretty much stopped going!!! The food was good but the service... was not that impressive!!! For the price we pay for the food figure the service would be good!!! We went around 2:30 so itwasn’t busy at all!! Server left empty glasses and plates we were finished with on the table!!! That’s a big pet peeve ofmine!!! When servers do that that means they are not really paying much attention to you or the table. Read more
Good food, but overpriced. I recently had a Doordash delivery experience at this location go completely off the rails in a way... that was completely alien to me. The location couldn't fulfill part of my order, so I let the driver know it was okay to leaveit off the order instead of having them fulfill with a substitution. They wouldn't work with the driver though, and I had tocall the location, then wait for a manager to verify I was the customer, and didn't want a substitution. This took roughly 20minutes of time away from the delivery driver, and caused our food to arrive (how can I put this kindly?) less than fresh. At$20 a plate, you'd think their processes wouldn't be so antiquated, but you'd be wrong. Their prices have nearly doubled in thelast year. Their menu is too extensive, yet they've also removed some amazing things from it (such as the pulled pork sandwich).They aren't keeping their online menus updated (clearly). It's probably still a great place to go into for a fun, dining &drinking experience, albeit an expensive one. But I'll now actively be avoiding a restaurant I once raved about. Read more
Didn't have a great experience at all. My family loves the restaurants but the service we received at this location was... terrible. None of us ever got a refill, the root beer we did get was not well carbonated and it was obvious their CO2 hadn'tbeen checked in awhile. The server, a young man with a piercing in his one ear, walked by our table many times and didn't botherchecking in with us, he also didn't deliver our food at all. He didn't take our plates after we were finished and waiting ondesert. The worst part was he lied to us about "your food is just about to come out". It was in fact, warm... Barely. It wasclear to anyone who worked in food that it'd been sitting under the heat lamp for awhile, especially since a runner had to bringit to us because our server wouldn't do his job. We didn't even have utensils or ketchup when our food came out, so 2 of myfamily members had to wait even longer before finally eating. Today was supposed to be a happy day of celebration with myfamily, and the experience here ruined it completely. Why even go out to eat somewhere nice, when you get McDonald's levelservice? Read more
Since the pandemic the menu has dramatically decreased. This actually isn't a bad thing. They have kept the best of the best... items on the menu. The food is delicious! Be sure to get a pizookie! Read more
The staff was great, super helpful on beer selection. The food was ok. I tried the tuna poke on soba noodles. It was fine with a... nice presentation. Prices were reasonable and the facility was clean. No complaints for a chain like this. My group enjoyedtheir food. Read more
