I love dining here they make my favorite awesome roll sushi however their prices just went up. It used to be 7.50 and now it's... 10.50, I can understand increasing the price but it's sad, if they get any higher I'll have to look at making my sushi athome. Otherwise I love this place, it's very clean, good always tastes fresh, and it's always plays such calming music. Read more

Found Blue Ginger via Google. Ordered the Salmon & Dragon rolls along w/Hibachi chicken & shrimp. The chefs didn't prepare the... food table side however, we still enjoyed the food, service & atmosphere. This is disappointing to write but 1 bad experience can ruin many good experiences quickly. Blue Ginger and their staff really... dropped the ball today. We had a fairly large order in store to go, 5 rolls, and a few entrees. The staff was very busy, ontheir phones. And as a result, we suffered. Missing food is always a dinner spoiler. At first they seemed to want to help butseemed determined to tell us we were wrong, that in fact they sent us the chicken we ordered, when they sent us sushi rolls.This seemed to be a point of contention. I attached a picture of what they call chicken, you decide. After waiting 30 mins for asimple 10 min drive that they offered, we called just to check in since more than chicken was missing. Yet another argumentensured over what they sent. It took 45 mins to get 1/2 of what was missing. Its good till its not and finding another sushiplace won't be hard. I hope they get better so we can come back again. Read more

This is a good hibachi and sushi restaurant with an extensive menu. Everyone should be able to find a selection to be happy with... here. We ordered hibachi meals with shrimp and chicken along with sushi and sashimi. Everything was tasty and the presentationwas nice for the sushi / sashimi. The price is reasonable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a pleasantdining experience. Read more
