1st time visit. Lots of TVs with different sports on them. They had a good selection of music but it wasn't so loud that you... couldn't have a conversation. Dude, what? This food is incredible. Ordered grubhub, the onion rings stayed crisp for the drive and even had a few little fried... Jalapeños in there- can't complain about that! Ranch is quite obviously made in house which is the best. The steak was cookedperfect, seasoned even better, we also got mozzarella planks and they were pretty good too, I've definitely had worse. I think this place is excellent. We ordered the skillet queso and it was great. What I wasn't expecting was their salsa being so... damn good. It's made from scratch. I had the Triple B burger, it was beef, bacon, and brisket. The bun was almost pretzel likeand I think it made the burger. One of the best burgers I have had in a long time. Got a chocolate lava cake and recived what feels like maybe a qtr scoop of icecream with it.. and that?s if I?m being generous.
Sat at the door for over 10 minutes, an hour before closing and we had to seat ourselves.. when we finally did the waitress... didn?t even notice us until we flagged her down. She had a bad attitude and was acting as if we were a bother and it was justvery unwelcoming. The restaurant itself was pretty nice inside and out so its sad that the service sucked. First let me say, I love your food! However, today wasn?t a pleasant dining experience.Burgers were overdone, when we told the... waitress they were not cooked how we ordered them she started to get an attitude with us. And then brought back burgers that hadbeen fixed. But your waitress (Chloe) checked on us one time during our dining experience. She was sitting in the back of therestaurant on her phone the entire time. My friend had to call her over 3 times when we needed assistance. Because of this wedid not tip the waitress. She simply was not doing her job. When we paid our bill she saw the ticket and saw there was no tip,she walked to the back of the restaurant to what I?m assuming is the manager and was yelling that we were mad, and that we didnot tip her. Loud enough we heard her at the front of the restaurant. The entire restaurant saw and heard what she was sayingabout me and my friend in a VERY unprofessional manner. I went to back of the restaurant to explain to her why we did not tipher. she started yelling at me, that the tip is how she makes her money. And I wanted her to understand that if you don?t doyour job you do not get a tip. She was very disrespectful, and said that respect is earned and not given and the manager of thestore was right next to me the whole time as well. Chloe was a terrible waitress and extremely unprofessional. She gave yourestablishment a very bad look today in front of all the other customers in the restaurant yelling and arguing with me about hertip. I respect the work waitresses do, but I do not respect a waitress who spends the entire time sitting down, on her phoneinstead of tending to the customers, Or cleaning the establishment. Chloe was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I am 69years old, I have been in the restaurant business for 37 years. And I have never encountered a waitress with such a poorattitude and poor work ethic and that had the audacity to embarrass customers because of her poor service. Read more
Got to see my favorite cute red headed bartender he always has an awesome attitude, friendly, always smiling. The food was... fantastic Brisket nachos, grilled chicken/bell peppers/fries covered with cheese queso. Spouse and I had a wonderful evening on 11/13, great drink specials, good appetizer plate. Manager greeted us at the door,... stopped by to see how we were doing, and was working the room the whole evening! Special thanks to our server, Jessica. (She'sgoing to rule the world some day...).
