Ice cream was fine but the place is disgusting. Employees were dripping ice cream everywhere and there was trash all over the... place. They need to have one person dedicated to wiping up. Couldn?t even see the ice cream in the coolers because there wasdropped ice cream all over the lids. Read more

If I can give them no stars I would. I order my meal around 03:54 p.m. to dine in. I saw people getting their order after me for... nearly half an hour. I understand that it was busy when I got there but were not busy 15 minutes after the order was made. Ialso saw one of the employees throw away my ticket that was on the food plate. Even a person had their order corrected, and gota free burger with no charge. At around 04:20 p.m. I went ahead and went to the cash register requesting to speak with themanager (who was the same person that corrected an order earlier). I told her that I have been waiting for almost half an hourand then told me that the order come on time. I told her that another employee threw away the ticket for my order and she triedto act as if I was making stuff up. I just told her I either want the order to go or to get my refund. She said that theirorder appears on their system on the back. She went to check on the back and came back with the order stating that the receiptwas on the bag. I didnt even received an apology for the whole situation. All I know I wont be coming to this braums again. Read more

Terrible customer service. They have a 2 lane drive through, and they tended to 3 or 4 cars in the other lane while I had to sit... there and wait for service. I couldn't even get out to go somewhere else because the line was jammed up so I called them to tellthem what was going on. After that the lady proceeds to come on the squak box extremely disgruntled and aggressive tone saying "I came on and asked you if I had already taken your order and you said yes!!!! When I denied this she continued to try and arguewith me. Luckily some space opened up and I just decided to leave without getting anything. Read more

Now, in my opinion this place has better ice-cream than Beth?s. Don?t get me wrong Beth has good ice-cream but Braum?s tops it... off with great flavor, better toppings and prices. The variety combinations are extremely amazing too!! Read more

Turtle Sundae yummy. Braum's has been around for years and has been serving great ice cream treats. Their burgers are tasty and... they have a good variety food to choose from. Service is usually good at locations and prices are reasonable. Read more

Very popular because of good food and desserts at fair prices. Expect it to be busy because it's that good. Drive through is... very slow, two lines, served one at a time. You can see what the other line orders, on the screen on your side. The large wafflecones are rarely sold, so they can be stale. Order the small size to get fresh cones. Inside is always clean, cool andcomfortable. Call ahead to be sure their yogurt machine is working and yogurt is available. Read more

First time ever eating here . Delicious strawberry poppyseed chicken salad. The guy that helped me at the check out was super... friendly and helpful. I also got the red velvet cake sundae and it was super yummy. I will definitely be back and wouldrecommend. Read more
