3 friends and I went to this buffalo wild wings yesterday at 3 pm, got seated pretty quick but sat at the table for 15 minutes... before we gave our drink order and did not get our drinks for another 15 minutes. We then went to place our food order andduring so the waitress randomly walked off and we had to wait another 10 mins to even place our order. We then called a managerover after being there for over an hour to see what was going on and why everything was taking so long. Our waitress walked overmid conversation with the manager and her demeanor completely changed and caught an attitude and got in my friends face. Themanager Conor was taking her side but ended up giving us a new waitress. We then kept getting dirty looks the ENTIRE time wewere there from our previous waitress! She is super unprofessional and probably does not need to be in the customer serviceindustry. We ended up not even leaving until after 5 because our food took so long to come out. Customer service is an absolute zero. I come here multiple times a day strictly for picking up Uber eats orders and I can?t... imagine dining here. Staff will intentionally avoid eye contact and do everything else except acknowledge you. This happensevery single time I come in. I think it would be easier to acknowledge someone and simply say ?someone will be right with you?instead of going out of your way to avoid a customer. Read more
Do not order from here if you like all flats or drums!! I?ve never had such an issue with ordering it one way or another from a... Buffalo Wild Wings. I had an issue last November with it and have not been back since. Today we were told by Bri that if weplace an order online then call to request all flats we would be able to get them. So we did that and upon arriving they decidedthat they could not do it so just made us a mixed order anyway. We were told by Connor it?s ?corporate policy? to not do all ofone type on wing Tuesday. I have been a loyal customer of Buffalo Wild Wings for years and this location is the only one I haveEVER had an issue with. If we were not able to do it then it would have been nice to be told that over the phone so we couldplace our order at a different wing spot that will accommodate this request. 06/01/2022 waited 48 minutes for our food. Was late back to work. Thought it was a mistake in the kitchen possibly. Just came... back today on the 9th. It was another 52 minutes before I got my food. There was less than 1/4 of the resteraunt full ifthat. Also, there was a lemon seed in my cup.... None of us had lemons in our waters... Gross Will not be back. Read more
Wife's order of wings was way over cooked. My order only had a couple of wings that were over cooked. In addition to the... overcooked wings, they were incredibly small. If I order 10 wings and they are all tiny, do the right thing and include 2-3extra. Ridiculous Read more

probably the worst wings of anyone (even frozen grocery store wings are better) but we kinda like the atmosphere here and they... are open late when others have already closed so we give them points for that... (Update: Manager asked for feedback).Maybe anew wing supplier who can sell wings with more meat on them. Also, when you over cook food it shrivels up and gets tough andchewy.
