Great food, but seems like they almost always forget some items you ordered. It's happened to us several times at this location.... After a few times we've learned our lesson and always double check before we leave now. Food is always hot and fresh though. Read more

I usually love love love this location; however today I came and ordered a number 3 large meal, and a number 1 meal. Those were... great. The last item I ordered was one of the take home ice cream cups. It?s $5.29 before tax and is usually filled all the way.Today it was filled 3/4 of the cup?and not even that, because all they did was looped it around the cup. Really disappointed. Read more

This store is simply amazing! Efficiency is one of their top priorities with food quality, accuracy. friendliness, and accuracy... close behind. If they were dispensing the C19 vaccines, the whole county would have been done in 2 hours. How they can findplenty of employees while others struggle is a mystery to me. They are always spot on with the order and always with a smile.HINT: Look at the app before ordering to see what your options actually are. I never knew some of these options were actuallyavailable! I just love this place so much. FAST service poor kids are handling 15+ cars at a time and it's in and out at the drive through.... 8m max. Pretty great and always get my orders right! Read more

It was giving McDonald's customer service and that's not a compliment. Samantha could use more training. I would love for the... district manager to contact me. They screwed up my food for the second time and because they offered me a replacement butdeclined to tell me I only had 2 weeks to get my replacement I was initially told there was nothing they could do. When I askedfor a manager a very care-free Samantha approached my vehicle and proceeded to educate me on policy and replacements. It wasawkward and embarrassing. The sad part is I just went through my phone and I actually took a picture of the mess up. Crazy Read more

Went through drive-thru. Not too busy maybe 5 cars ahead of me. Girl taking my order didnt seem happy to be there. Ordered 3... 12pc meals and a spicy delux meal and a market salad.Delux meal came on a stale bun that wasnt toasted. I was charged for twoextra drinks that i got but didnt want and my salad didnt even make it on the ticket so i didnt receive it.person taking theorder didnt repeat to confirm my order just told me the price and shoved the card reader into my window. Nobody said mypleasure. I was asked my name 3 times at the pickup window. Service was not up to standard. Will not be back to this location. Read more

We ordered breakfast on the mobile app at 10:10 this morning, as we were going to quickly pick up food on our way out for the... day. We pulled in at 10:29 and checked in and it said ?your order has been cancelled.? We went through the drive though to askif we could still get our food. Since it was strange it randomly cancelled. The girl said they would take care of it and askedwhat we ordered. We then sat there for 20 min and then someone came up and asked us what we ordered again. They didn?t take careof it. She then said they would. We waited 10 min longer and then they asked for our credit card because it didn?t go through.If we would have known it would be this big a deal we would have just ordered lunch. But we ended up being 30 min late for ourplans. Would have been nice if they would have comped the meal since we waited 30 min for a ?mobile order.? Read more
