Not sure what has happened to Chili?s The first red flag when we walked up to the door and it was filthy. But against our better... judgment, we went in anyway. The staff was beyond pleasant, the food just the opposite. The appetizer came out really quicklyand when we questioned that, we were told it was for a Togo order that was lagging. The way my stomach responded later into thenight, I am sure that was a lie. My daughter?s cheese fries although the pan was hot, the food inside was not. The cheese wasold and Plastic looking. My burger was just okay, fries were lukewarm. Her chicken tenders had seen better days. The inside ofthe restaurant is dingy and dirty. The little machine on the table where you pay was disgustingly dirty with mounds of dust. Iam not sure how the health department hasn?t gotten involved. Chili?s, it?s time for an upgrade, a remodel or a makeover.Something to change the environment of the place. I understand the shortage of workers due to the pandemic but it?s no excusefor the quality of food and the cleanliness of your restaurant. I don?t plan on visiting again. We love chili's and order often. We have bought the gallon margaritas to go and it tasted like soap both times we ordered it. it... was undrinkable. Yesterday we ordered our usual rib eye steak meals which are to die for. however, they gave us sirloins maybehoping we wouldn't notice. they were chewy and not ribeyes. we will most likely have to go pick up our orders from now on sincethey lack consistency. the food is usually really good. It was actually amazing! This is the first time in a long time that we have had the best service! The hostess was so polite from... the time we walked in and seated us! Our waiter was actually waiting on us!!! The food and the drinks were excellent! Iliterally have zero complaints! Our waiter Connor was the best and he should get a raise! Great service at Chili's and the food was great too! Our server's name was Cynthia and she is the absolute best! Everyone is... friendly and if you sign up for Chili's rewards, you can get free chips and salsa or a non-alcoholic drink for free! Theirceasar salad is pretty good and so are their ribs and cajun pasta as well as their burgers. Today I had Chicken and WaffleCrispers and they were okay. This dish is particularly for a person who likes to try new things and likes adventure andspontaneity. The chipotle sauce that came with this dish was too sweet for my liking, as well as the waffles alone. I think Iwill just stick to my usual Cajun Pasta next time!
