I don?t usually leave reviews but this was the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle. When I got to the front, they... were out of all meat options. Apparently, there had been no communication to the rest of the team and the meat was not being cutup. I was in front of about 20 people and we all had to wait. Naturally, the person in the back starts cutting up the leastpopular meats first. When I asked for mixed veggies, which were also empty, the employee just stared at me. There is a separatefood bar for online orders (which did had chicken) so I mentioned to the cashier that maybe they could use some of that tocomplete my order. The employee completing online orders responded by saying ?that was for paying customers?. I would recommenddriving down to the next Chipotle if you can, you?ll still save time. Read more

0 stars!! Very disappointed in this Chipotle! Go to a better one! They never have guacamole or queso, they are always claiming... that they are out. Also the customer service here is 5/10. And if you value being respected do not work here. Managers andtrainers were very rude and mean for no reason my whole training session. Again 0 stars!! Read more

Sorry. No brown rice for all three on your orders and no barnacles beef. Not going to make anymore so basically take it if... leave it and order already started. Still open for over an hour and tons of people coming in and out. Oh but we will stillcharge you $2.60 for each tiny scoop of guacamole and nothing off for the items they didn?t have that I wanted. Back toChick-fil-A. Went back 10/08/22 to try again. Nothings changed. This time no black beans, no cheese and no queso and not gonnabe any sir. Huge line behind me gonna have the same issues. They don?t seem to care or adjust processes. We really like theirfood but forced to go other places. Sad Read more

Normally, this location is fine but the last few times I?ve ordered through the app, they forget my guacamole. This past time,... they gave me the smallest portion of veggies, forgot the guacamole, and the chips were so chewy, I couldn?t eat them. Definitelydisappointed! Read more

I LOVE Chipotle! This is the only time I have to say the chicken was crispy charred on one side of all the pieces. I still ate... it but that was the only thing I didn't like. Never had a bad meal there but this one had that issue. I will still go back as Iknow this is not the norm but just saying. Read more

I love chipotle, but management here needs to be retrained or replaced. They are always out of food and the productivity of the... workers is pour. Usually is a 30 minute experience to get my food. Sometimes the employees just chat and don?t acknowledge thecustomers. Food doesn?t taste fresh compared to other chipotle?s. Corporate, please step in and help this location. I live a fewminutes away, and I?ll be upset when it inevitably shuts down. Edit: I went back and found a huge piece of plastic lol. Read more

Someone gotta send help to the employees at this Chipotle location - It's the closest one to my house, but I have to avoid it... now because they are always understaffed, there's a significant wait every time (15-20 minutes to order for here, 20-30 minutewait on pick-up orders), and they're always out of multiple toppings/chips/guac at a time. I hate leaving bad reviews forrestaurants as I've been in the service industry throughout my life, but the management at this location needs to consider theposition they're putting their employees in and staff up! The employees here are super stressed and don't seem to be put in aposition to succeed. Read more

Arrived on a Monday at around 8pm. Took 10 minutes to place order. When asking for Chips & Guac I was told they were out for the... rest of the night. Chips & Guac were for my 3 yr old daughter as she loves them. She was very disappointed as I was evenmore. Decided to dine in but almost didn?t as ALL tables were dirty and trash was full, not to mention hidden by the entrance.Floors hadn?t been swept.
