Used to be a great location. I ordered multiple bowls and it's up to me to figure out which is which. Also we don't like our... salsas soaking on our bowl so had it on the side, well, everything was just thrown in bag and the bag broke. Terrible - do not recommend this location. Went in to order had to wait 5 minutes for rice, and when I saw the rice was ready I... hopped back in line (had to get to the end of a long line) and when I got to finally order my food. It was going to be a 15minute wait for the chicken. Fustrated I just went to buccees down the street and got a club melt 10/10 recommend. And it wasless then 7 bucks - last bite of the glorious club melt. Go to buccees. Do not go to chipotle. Read more
Once it was our turn to order we were not greeted the girl just stood there . There was 3 staff working 1 register and what... appeared to be the cook just standing in the back leaned over the counter watching. When the girl wrapped my burrito sheliterally rolled it into a ball until all the stuff oozed out and it was as if she did it on purpose but rolled my bfs just fine. Once I got to the register I asked one male for a new tortilla since she busted mines I asked the other male was he themanager he said yes one of them I said is there a reason you have that girl working the entire line by her self he said becausethey were dealing with something else . I said well no one is helping her and she?s obviously frustrated because she?s makingfood horrible messy . The manager didn?t say nothing just stood there after we paid wouldn?t even give us our receipt we had toask and he was hesitant to give it to us then come to find out they charged us for guacamole and we did not get guacamole. Ordered through DoorDash, and the bowl was HALF EMPTY. I ordered an HOUR before closing, so whomever was closing tonight... obviously didn?t want me to get the food I paid for. Highly disappointed because I love chipotle. It seemed like they did halfscoops for everything. And just piled lettuce on to it to cover it up. 0/5 stars. Read more
i?m usually not the one to leave reviews, however, i had the best experience at this location. Usually when i come here, the... employees seem angry and they tend to take it out on the customers. However, the young lady who was working on the line (askingfor rice, beans, and protein) on 10/19 around 7:30pm was absolutely pleasant, she deserved a review.
