I visited on a busy Saturday night and there were a lot of dirty tables that have probably been left for a while. There were... some birthdays going on, so those tables were still technically occupied while the kids were in the arcade (which is actuallybigger and more arcade-like than any other Cicis I've been to). The food was good, but I've had better from other locations. They didn't have brownies when I came which was a little disappointing. Overall this location is consistent with other Cicis.The food is good but not excellent, and it could benefit from more attention to cleanliness. Read more

A place to take the kids and have all you can eat pizza for about $10. It is not great pizza but its not bad. Can get very busy... especially on a weekend. Kinda wish they would switch it up a little more like they did when I w a s a kid. Staff was nice,games area nice upgrade. Read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I went at 8:30 pm and they close at 10 pm. One of my favorite menu options is the cheesy bread and it was... empty when I got there, so I just grabbed pizza and waited till they refilled it. It was a decent amount of people there too. 30minutes gone by now so I asked an employee if they were going to refill it and she said yes so I kept waiting. It's been 1 hournow and it seemed like they were not going To make anymore so yea the employee LIED! They did not refill it for 1 hour and 30minutes unless you have money to waste I suggest not to dine in here. Would give this place ZERO STARS if I could. Read more
Let me just say this, we went there yesterday at about 2pm, maybe a little later. The manager, on point. The wonderful lady... running the register, on point. Yes, there could have been more pizzas out but we were like the only ones there and as soon as acrowd picked up, they served more. No big deal, always treat the employees nice and it'll be a great experience. Will be back.We live over an hour away in Sherman and this is the best Cici's out of all three we live by. Read more
Literally nothing on the buffet for over 30mins besides 1 pizza. Waited forever for pasta. We came for a friend's son's ... birthday since it is his favorite place. Kids were upset and ruined his birthday. Read more
Selection was a little limited but I think that's because it was Friday night and they seemed very busy. The food they did have... was not bad. The kids enjoyed themselves so that's all that really matters. Read more
