If I could give this a zero review I would!!!!! I had ordered a pizza and some wings and to my surprise when I took a bite of a... good looking pizza I find something hard and black inside the pizza!!! EVERYTIME I give this Dominos a chance they BLOW IT! Today I ordered $35 of pizza and brownies plus 2 Garlic dipping sauces... which they charged $1.78. Not much money right? Of course not BUT once again they leave out of my order the dipping sauce whichI did not realize until I drove home. Should I have checked? Maybe so BUT why cant they just do their simple JOB! So I guess itis back to Pizza Hut or Marco's for the next year. Quite frankly Little Ceasars Pizza Hut is just as good as Dominos AND betterpriced. I have no idea why they added onions to this pizza. None of the three we ordered had onions in the order. We order every week... and I get it, people make mistakes. After being put on hold for almost 10 minutes, they?d be happy to remake it. But theywon?t deliver it. I have to spend my time, my ridiculously expensive fuel, and my vehicle to come pick it up for theirmistake. That makes no sense to me. We won?t be using this store again. Read more
i ordered 2 pizzas and had them delivered over the phone, the first phone call the only person in the store who i assume may be... manger was rude. then once the food was delivered she only had change of 20 my order was about 50 dollars so she said she wouldhave to go back and get change(delivery lady was nice and understanding ) i said that?s fine you can come back with change bcthe manger failed to inform me over the phone that they do not accept large bills. when the lady left with my change i then gota call from the man at the store who rudely stated that me giving a large bill was an inconvenience when i was not informed ofthis. i then stated how it was not informed to me and he said well it is now. very poor behavior from someone who was in chargeof the store. The employees are great, chilled, and laid-back. It?s a step up from the restaurant I used to work at, where everyone was... stressed out about one thing or another. Service is pretty quick and nice as well. I?ve gone there for years as my 1st pizzastop, and they always deliver! (No pun intended) For a store with as small an area as they occupy, that?s an incredibleachievement. Hope the best for all the employee folks there! You do us college kids a great service! Read more

So......the pictures are of a pizza that was requested WELL DONE and paid for extra toppings. Its not well done and the... toppings are not doubled. My wife and I order pizza, from this same location, at least once or twice a month. I have even calledand gone to the store a couple of times to get the issue resolved. Tonight makes 4 pizzas in a row that we ordered and they werenot well done as we ordered. I understand that cheese on pizza is gooey but we order well done for a reason. Like anothercustomer stated, we understand that mistakes happen but maybe if you give a little more attention to detail and give a couple ofextra minutes to get the order right, maybe there wouldn't be so many unfavorable reviews.
