I can start by saying I've had pleasant experiences with this place in the past, but lately it's gone down hill. A few weeks... ago they "threw my order out" after I got stuck in traffic for 30 minutes on my way to get it. They made it again, but I had towait another 15 minutes, adding to an already long frustrating night. Then tonight they gave me the wrong pizza. I didn'tnotice until I got home. I called to have them fix the issue - only to be told that if I wasn't willing to drive 15 minutesback to the store there was nothing they would do for me. This coming from the "manager", a.k.a. some kid in his early 20s. Itold him that wasn't a satisfactory option and he hung up on me. Called back and he told me to stop calling and hung up on meagain. Called back and I'm pretty sure they just forwarded me to a customer service line because all of a sudden they weresuper helpful, refunded my order, and gave me a future credit. Whoever owns this place, please address the poor customerservice of the "manager" employed on 11/11/2022 - he lost you my business. Read more
They are very quick and most of them friendly. I did get a box that was ripped in one corner and the pizza fell out. It was a... one time thing usually they are great. They need to pay attention to details like this. Read more
I had placed an order online on the app, payment went through on my credit card but app on my phone stopped working. I called... this location because it was closest to me thinking that the order went through it did not. I asked to speak to the manager andwhen the manager got on the phone he had a horrible attitude and was disrespectful. I will be escalating this to corporate howinappropriate. I also want to add in that I call the store on sunset and the manager there was the sweetest person who explainedeverything. Read more

The pizza got delivered earlier then what they said but the delivery lady was very rude when she got to my apt she was banging... on my door so loud that my neighbor came out and when I told her I didn?t realize she was gonna be here earlier she got smartand start giving me an attitude told me shes ?sorry she got here earlier that she could leave and come back if I want her to.? I LOVE Dominos don?t get me wrong BUTTTT this is the best Dominos! They are fast, always deliver beautiful food and delivery... drivers are always super nice. No complaints! I don't care for pizza so I always order wings, sandwich or nothing. The wingswere awesome years ago when my mom introduced me to Dominos wings. Over the years and since my original review, they have notbeen consistent. I complained once they stopped being tossed, because I understand that. But two times since that they wereonly half covered. So I started getting an extra sauce, to reach my desire of sauce. BUT COME ON, tonight they were still notvery saucy after pouring my "dip" over them. Read more

Day before yesterday i order for pacific veggie pizza, as it was good previously but this time it was worse and was unable to... eat, cheese smells bad and it was not baked properly and there were no veggies except diced tomato some olives and mushroom,over all pizza was very very bad. Read more
