What happened to Fuzzys? This place used to be great. Now it's just dirty and sticky with food just a step above Taco Bell. The... day we visited, there was such a strong smell of bleach inside the store that we had to sit outside just so we could breath. Thefood quality has dropped, yet the prices are higher than what I remember. Bring back the original, not this dirty, fast-foodfake posing as Fuzzys. Read more
I called this location this morning and the guy who answered was so kind. I had a horrible experience with the University... location about 10 minutes ago, but this location handled the situation very well. We asked for a large order for a propertyevent and he was so kind in making sure he asked all the questions to his manager in such a kind way. I would be his best friendif he asked. Matthew and Madison make Fuzzy's a splendid experience for me and my husband. The restaurant was sparkling clean and the... customer service was out of this world. I came before and it could not be anymore different, from the prompt service to thesanitation of the place overall. Terrible? I placed an order for 3 people. Final entree was a enchilada platter. Order arrived with 1 single enchilada with zero... sides. When I pointed out their mistake they billed me again for a platter and still charged me for the kid plate singleenchilada. Ridiculous. Silverware containers were empty as well. This location is by far THE BEST LOCATION I HAVE EVER VISITED. I was having a really bad mental health week and decided to make... eat something. When I went to pick up my food Brandon and his coworkers were so helpful and funny. They put a smile on my faceand my day felt a bit better. These days it?s hard to find customer service like this. This staff is amazing and so helpful. I?mnever going to another location again. Great food, fresh, they confirmed my order and made sure everything was correct. Yesterday 4/24 was the 1st time I tried Fuzzys Taco Shop and my husband and I were NOT disappointed at all!! The food was... amazing! We just got 6 corn tacos and a side of rice that was absolutely perfect!!! I have no complaints at all!! The servicewas freakin great!! And it felt like I was leaving within like 10 mins of walking in! After I ordered and was just waiting theman running the bar asked if there was anything I needed and I told him I was good but thank you anyway! Wasn't too busyprobably bc it was raining really bad but it was just amazing!! The restaurant looked very nice and clean, several drink optionstoo! I will absolutely be going back there!!
