Location is easy to get in and out of, menu items are typical Jack fare, but I always get my sweet tea here. Consistency isn't a... thing so I just order with a prayer. Sweet tea is always as good as others, but often exceeds everyone else's in quality. It'snice to be able to actually taste and smell the aroma of the black tea leaves, with a strength of flavor that is complimented byperfect amount of sweetening. Leaves you refreshed, and wanting more. Loss of one star due to turn over rate, making theordering process a convoluted mess sometimes. It shouldn't affect your decision to visit, but be aware, check receipts, and besure to give feedback. Read more
i?ve never written a review before but i?m really frustrated. they lied about their sauce policy and then gave me the wrong... meal. when they fixed it i was happy but it was probably the worst prepared burger i?ve ever eaten. it was cold and the bun washard as a rock. this has probably been about the 10th bad experience i?ve had here. officially giving up on this location andyou should too. The staff members who worked 9/4/2022 between 1:25-2:30 am are disrespectful and awful. Worst manager ever! ?Shake machine was... broken? after being in line for 30 minutes, it didn?t occur to the manager to ask ? can we replace the shake with somethingelse?. Unfortunately not. The little girl at the window insisted the order was complete and the customer could call for a refundon the shake. When I informed the two ?females? I would call the customer to see if we could get something other than the shake,the manager was so arrogant she harassed me with calling the cops. FOR FULFILLING AN ORDER???? If the woman is so upset withher job, she needs to find another. If the job is turning you into a women that can?t keep her word, it?s not worth it. I wasinformed to wait at the front, where someone would ?replace the shake with something else?. 15 minutes late, no one. 45 minutesfor unprofessional, very ignorant, very arrogant staff who worked the shift 1:25-2:30 am was what I had to deal with. Went in to eat with my mom and I tried to use the restroom while my mom order I had to go pretty bad and the lady refused to let... me use the restroom until we fully finished ordering and paid for our food. I told her we are gonna buy food and said we had topay for it first. Find it ridiculous. I really had to use the rest room so we just left. Won?t be coming again. Read more
I used my debit card at the drive thru to purchase a single meal, #16. My bank statement showed that the clerk charged me twice,... two separate transactions, for the one meal. I was able to get a refund for the second charge, but they acted like it was acommon occurrence. Read more
The food/order was fine. I went inside to place a to-go order because the drive thru was slammed. The employee that took my... order was clearly new and what I saw from the "senior" staff towards him while taking my order and making/bagging it wasawful!!! I will say the kid took it in stride tho. i think some of everything on the menu was in my french fry box yesterday. i ordered a patty melt meal with nacho cheese on the... fries there was all kinds scraps in that fry box a complete mess. this pandemic has these places at their lowest i tell you.its getting worst and worst every day look the fries was so old that they had ZERO heat in them like dehydrated fries. ihaven't had jack in the box in like 11 years i said let me try them since i was out yesterday . what a big mistake it lookedlike a kid fixed this meal im serious you see it plain sight shredded cheese you can still see the shreds ???? i found so manyscraps of other food items in that box i just threw it out by a gas station you have to do better ???? Let's start off saying that if I could give this zero stars I would. Late night service is horrible and horrible to the point I... had 3 different fries in my box including other food o didn't even order and everything was cold and hard like it was made 24hours in advance. Also don't call the number on the receipt it's rerouted to a cell phone and that's prob the manager whodoesn't take care of anything the proper way. Sucks! Read more
