This location has TERRIBLE service. I never leave reviews but how they do business there is unacceptable and it needs to be... reported. The other day I was the only one on line and waited 20 mins for my food, and then was told the shake machine wasn'tworking and they had no medium lids, so instead of giving me a LG they gave me a small which ripped me off after all that. Thentoday no one was there to take your order in the drive thru. Where is your staff? What are they doing in there?? Read more

I come here at least twice a week on my lunch breaks and I must say the service is generally pretty fast! I mostly always order... something different but the food is always fresh. I?ve been coming to this location for a while and it?s gotten better over thelast two months. The lobby is always clean, the staff is much nicer then before, the one time I had problem the manageraddressed it quick he actually remade my food himself and he was very kind and not showing irritation. This place is a joke. Whoever was the girl working around 8 PM on January 31st on the register and drive thru headset needs to... be humbled and fired. I walked up to her and she looked me up and down. Girl, say ?Hello, how can I help you? because that?s thebare minimum for customer service?? I ask for a plain cheeseburger, which is what I order at every burger restaurant you canimagine which includes other Jack in the Box locations. She told me they didn?t sell cheeseburgers. I clarified what I wanted,and she said ?Look at the menu. Pick a number?. She kept looking at me like I was stupid. I have worked fast food and know thatcustomizable items exists on the register screen. Whatever, I stepped to the side and tried to look for something else she wouldunderstand. There was a group of friends behind me and I let them go while I looked. They were looking at the menu for barely asecond and she says ?Hurry up. We don?t have the time?. I walked out after that. If she hadn?t said that to that girl with herfriends, maybe I wouldn?t have walked out. Terrible customer service, she was treating everything like it was a joke. No wonderthey?ve barely opened up again. At the end of the day, that?s her paycheck and I ended up going to a different Jack in the Boxand got a plain cheeseburger. Just grabbed some for lunch - while they were out of chicken nuggets/strips, that was no problem. Huge drink selection (per the... signs?) and everything was super fresh! Could feel the heat radiating out of the bag when we got it, everything tastes great andwell, like Jack in the Box food should taste like lol. Glad to see this location open again! The other two Jack locations nearbyare... interesting at times, to say the least. Read more
It was alright. The employee asked me what I'd like while not looking at me and standing on the far end of the counter. So I... thought she was talking to someone coming through the drive thru. I got a bacon ranch monster taco and a large drink. It tookthem a while to start making it even though I was the only one there. They were confused on what to make (I think their systemwas down). I was stuck here waiting for an hour. We placed our order in the app and they literally served the people that drove up after... us. We waited because he kept saying five more minutes and when the order came out it was all wrong. Terrible location I'llnever come back. Read more
