The waitress was fine. My wife's food was fair. I was informed 10 minutes after my wife got her food that mine was "sent to... another table" which confused me because it was a custom order. This leads me to believe that something else actually happened. I didn't have time to wait for them to try again. I canceled the order and it was taken off the bill with an apology from thewaitress. I would have expected at least an offer of a discount or any sort of good faith but no. Its too bad because the menulooked like one I would return to try again but the first impression leads me away. I don?t know!! This was my first time at this cafe. I came in at 9:04 on a Wednesday morning, and there was only one other... diner in the restaurant. I was surprised by the lack of business. The service was great, and my server was very friendly. Ihad a build your own omelet which was a cheese omelet with spinach, tomato?s, bell peppers and feta. It was okay, but nothingspecial. I had country potatoes. They were the frozen ones that come from a bag of frozen potatoes. They were adisappointment for a breakfast restaurant. The pancake, not so much!! My husband and I have a family rich in the food service industry. We have certain expectations when eating out?expectations met... by Lone Spur Cafe this morning. This was our second trip to dine with them, and if there is a second trip to a restaurant, thefirst experience must always be pleasant. The food was excellent and arrived to us timely and hot, the staff was friendly andattentive, the atmosphere cozy. Everything was wonderful right down to my cranberry mimosa. Had a bit of a wait, but the food was worth it. Large portions and great tasting.

Great food!!! Customer service was great as well. Make sure you come in hungry because there is a lot of food!
