While visiting Outback Steakhouse in Denton, I experience the loveliest service ever! My food came out so fast and it was... absolutely delicious! On top of that, I had the most caring waitress ever, Harley-Ann Hall. She consistently checked up on myfamily and I and completed all of our requests with amazing service. She went above and beyond. This is the best service we have had from anywhere in MONTHS. Great service is so hard to find these days. Kat was our waitress... as well as the bartender and she never missed a beat. She was so sweet and attentive and professional. Other servers helped outwith bringing food and clearing plates (which is really rare these days). Erin was the other helper. She was fabulous as well. Honestly can?t say enough great things. We are very frequent customers at this location and the good service is one of thereasons we come. Todays service was exceptional. Met Juliana, the manager, she's super awesome and very people oriented. She checked in on us as well as the other customers who... were there. She made us feel very welcomed and did not rush us despite us arriving at 9:23pm (closes at 10pm). She really is afine example of what customer service is. We will definitely be coming back because of her. Food Quality: It's not a 5 starrestaurant type of quality were the dishes are cooked and prepared by chefs. But it's also not McDonald's. Very calm atmosphere and kind staff. The menu was easy to read as well! We were seated promptly and had the choice of where we... wanted to sit. Drinks were super good and refreshing, loved the combination of blueberry and lavender! The blooming onion wefelt was a tad overdone, it just tasted like the oil was old or burnt. Other then that it was good. My steak was perfect. Veryjuicy and cooked wonderfully. My husbands steak was super overdone and a tad dry so there are some small inconsistentcooking. I would not order from this restaurant! FOOD WAS RAW !! Extremely Raw . I ordered to go on Saturday night and I ordered 3 steaks... . I was shocked to see that all three steaks were very undercooked. NOT SAFE TO EAT . I am extremely disappointed with thequality of food I received from this restaurant and everyone please be aware . These steaks were supposed to be medium not raw ! Read more
My husband and I was celebrating our anniversary. This was our first time dining here. Upon our arrival...the restaurant was... pretty empty. No one was at the host stand. We waited 5 minutes before I headed to the kitchen to get someone to come out. Ourserver ...was great!! I believe his name was Aaron. I ordered the 6 Oz steak with ribs. Not a fan of the ribs at all. Seemed tous the food quality was just not there. I feel like for $65.00 and a tip on top of that...we could have done better somewhereelse. October 22, 2022- I haven't been here in quite a while. Went to celebrate a friend's birthday! The food was good. The server was... terrible, she was non attentive, slow and needed to be reminded several times about almost everything. When she brought out theice cream to sing Happy Birthday she DIDN'T BOTHER to REMOVE ANY of the used plates and Utensils. Sadly, I couldn't blame it onbeing busy, that clearly wasn't the case.
