One of the worst experiences I?ve had by far we waited over 25 minutes alone in line that does not count the 15 we waited for... food that was ?fresh? the. Visited this location last week. One of Panda Express employee called a customer a b****. This isn't the first time tyrex cursed... customers out. I just don?t understand why when I order teriyaki chicken. I only get chicken. It?s ?teriyaki chicken? why must I ask or have to... remember to ask for teriyaki sauce. Not happy at all with this place. We used to go here frequently, but it won't be happening again. Our kids wanted panda. We... went. They didn't have what my wife wanted and didn't have what I wanted. We just picked up food for the kids. We got home andopened our daughter's meal. We got there 10 min before closing on a Sunday night. They didn't have much left but they did have fresh orange chicken, honey... walnut shrimp, and a little pepper Angus beef along w egg rolls and wonton. It was good. 11/20/22 One star is too much for this place! They should not be in business at all!!! 4:50 pm - 5:40 pm. Worst panda I have... ever been to!! One person in line when we arrived. They told us 8 minutes on one of our items. Diet Coke was out. They changedit out!!! Almost an hour later after many people going through the line and receiving their food asked for refund and told wecan?t do that. No manager there and no one had the authority to do a refund ! Husband was frustrated beyond belief. Over $30,can?t get food or money back. This is insane!!! They said waiting on egg rolls now then chicken then this and that item!!!!Finally they got a district manager on phone to authorize giving us money back( could not refund on card) and husband grabbedthe bills, gave up on last 67 cents she was trying to figure out how to count it out.
