I cannot believe how unprofessional the hiring staff is... I get asked back for a second interview and when I show up I'm told... that they've decided not to hire me. Why ask me for a second interview? Why not call me during the entire day you had before myinterview to tell me? Extremely rude and teasing to someone who has been looking for a job the past 4 months. I wasted my timeand energy preparing the whole day and to be told never mind when I show up. There should definitely be a legal charge forthis... Baiting a mentally disabled person into a job and changing your mind... Read more

This place is very hit or miss. Depending on who is working it's a mess. It's no longer a place you can expect a quick lunch.... The back of house seems really stretched thin. Bottom line is if I'm paying $15 for a soup and ice tea it shouldn't take 35minutes. Read more

Brought my mom for lunch waited 45 minutes for our sandwich and soup and they had us wait an extra 10 minutes for our cold brew... and hot chocolate which was also only filled half way even with the whip cream. Read more

This must have been a bad night to go but it took almost 30 min in the drive through. The portions for the price are not worth... going back. Read more

The Autumn Squash Soup is DELICIOUS! I wholeheartedly recommend it. I was quite surprised to like it so much as it?s healthy,... LOL. Now that I have written down that it?s my favorite, I hope it doesn?t disappear from their menu like the Butternut SquashRavioli, Black Bean Soup, Red Velvet Cookies, the Portobello Mushroom Panini and the Tomato and Mozzarella Caprese Sandwich thatwere previous favorites of mine. I?ve never had bad ?service? at any Panera Bread. Even when mistakes have been made in myorder they were quickly rectified and a free soft drink or cookie was offered for the inconvenience. I love that Panera hasgreat wi-fi and they don?t mind at all if you stay to do work on your laptop after you eat breakfast or lunch. They even havepower outlets scattered through out the restaurant. (Just don?t be like the single people who take up a table for 4 with theirlaptop and books and camp all day). I also found out recently that every Panera Bread restaurant donates all their un-soldbreads, pastry and cookies at the end of every day to feed the hungry! I Love it and am happy to get behind Panera just becauseof this but their healthy and great tasting food makes it that much easier to support them. Read more

Was informed today that they couldn't switch the bread on my sandwich "for inventory reasons." How preposterous. I used to work... at this very location, we switched bread all the time. It was one of the best things about Panera, because you could modify justabout anything to suit a particular dietary need. Whatever corporate shift took place in the time since I worked here hasseverely alienated people like me with food sensitivities, and my only recourse is unfortunately to protest by leaving an angryreview and boycotting Panera entirely. Our first time at Panera. No complaints. The baked goods look good. It's pretty in there, was clean, wasn't crowded.
