Ordered a bagel plain and coffee. Walked over to get coffee no light roast. Walked back notified them no light roast. They said... it will be 15 minutes. 13 minutes later still no bagel. Called for refund; as they weren't busy. Sad Read more
Probably my last meal at Panera. We both got the chicken sandwich which looked like something maybe microwaved. While the taste... was ok, it was thrown together. I got the Columbian dark roast coffee which was weak with zero taste. My partner got lemonadeand they indicated it taste awful. We got the .99 add on pastry. My cookie was ok, nothing special. My partner got the orangescone and stayed it was dry. Our bill was over $30 for subpar food and drink. It will be my last time. Read more
My experiences have been bad. I get my orders delivered primarily. Almost every time, my drinks have been forgotten. I would... NEVER join the sip club unless you plan on walking into the place. On the receipt, there?s a spot-checked by ___ . That hasnever been signed. When you call, they ask you not to call to speak to a manager during a good part of the day because it isbusy, and if you do get through, no one picks up. Ever. There is absolutely no customer service for deliveries and noaccountability for the orders themselves; they are too busy. As a customer who pays money, that sucks. Read more
Ordered 2 pic 2's. Both had sandwiches. The chicken salad sandwich had maybe a tbsp of chicken salad. The steak and white... cheddar had so little steak and cheese there was only one bite of sandwich that had meat and cheese. Price was $12 something and$13 something. I ordered the new grilled Mac & cheese sandwich and the bread bowl french onion soup. The sandwich was awful. It wasn't even... grilled on one side at all and barely on the other side. They forgot the bread bowl for the soup so I had to go back. Read more
This is a nice place to come for a quiet lunch. Never much going on. The facility is clean throughout and the food is ok.... Service staff is usually attentive and relitively quick. It one of those reliable places to go for some ok food foreveryone. The reason for the 4 star is the price vs amount of food. I feel like its a bit high for what you get. Not enough tostop me from coming but sometimes it makes me frustrated when im shelling out $55 for 4 people to get a few sandwiches, drinksand some chips or a bagett. Read more
