I?m beyond tired of this garbage pizza place. I used to order a pizza once every other week. Now it?s just sometime I regret... doing afterwards once every couple months. I just picked up my pizza and have only eaten a slice and a half. I stoped eating towrite this review. Papa John?s has always been my favorite out of all the main pizza places. But this Papa John?s has got to bethe absolute worst and may have ruined the ?experience? for me for good. The manager was absolutely unprofessional. He does not even know how online ordering process works. I had an issue with my... order, the manager only blabbered about how it looks fine on his end with no care for any customer service. Read more

Never had an issue with Papa Johns until door dash started delivering for them. My tracking app always errors out when they... deliver so I don't know when they're coming by. They never knock or ring a doorbell and just leave it on the porch and dip. Iput up with it the first 2 times but 3 strikes and you're out. It's consistent with DD drivers, so beware whoever orders fromhere. Read more
I like papa John's pizza but I have a problem with Door dash delivering their pizzas. There's a significant difference in... temperature between the papajohns drivers and the Doordash drivers. Not to mention the Doordash drivers get lost in my complexall the time taking longer to deliver. This isn't exactly papajohns problem. I understand the need for the delivery apps tosource all the deliveries. Today I called to ask if they had any delivery drivers working. They said they had 2 or 3. I thenasked if I could get a pizza delivered by one of their company drivers (stating I would wait as long as it took, knowing theyrebusy and I would be patient). Suddenly there was only 1 delivery driver and I was told that it was inconvenient for them to dothat. Manager couldn't care less. So another order went to pizzahut. We ordered 2 pizzas. A cheese and a specialty with extra cheese. I wanted the extra toppings but the pizza to still be delicious... and cheesy. Got the pizzas. As you see from the photos, it's obvious that they accidently put the extra cheese On the cheesepizza and not the specialty. Holes in the toppings with just bread parts etc, very disappointing!! Reached out online in 2different places with no response. :( Read more
