They took so long to deliver my pizza that I went out somewhere else, made an order, paid for it, went back home, and ate the... entire meal before my pizza was delivered. By that time, I didn't have the money to pay for the pizza. I will not be going backto pizza hut. Read more
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. I ordered 2 pizzas Friday night for my granddaughter's birthday party. Suppose to be delivered... at 6:30 PM. Called store at 7:05 and was told the driver was on the way. Called back at 7:35 until 7:50 and kept getting anautomated voice saying the store was closed, call back during normal hours. By 8 PM I logged into my credit card to request areversal on the charge. I noticed someone had credited my account the amount for the pizza. No one called to tell me they hadcancelled my order and I couldn't talk to anyone at the store. Read more
Ordered for delivery online and tracker stated about 30 minutes until delivery. At the time of delivery (30 minutes after I... placed the order) I got a text stating that a DoorDash person would deliver in about 30 minutes. I called the store to see whatwas going on and the girl said they didn't have an order for me after looking under my name and phone number (called locationin Kroger shopping center, which is the default location for my zip code on the website). Well, the order finally got here andthe Dasher said this was the location, the one in the Kroger shopping center. Not ordering from this location again. Read more

Horrible... dont order from here. Took 2 hours and door dash delivered it. Was cold... called and spoke to the manager and she... blamed it on door dash. I watched the driver on the app 10 minutes... it was clearly sitting under a heat lamp for a hour and ahalf. You can tell the manager gets so many complaints and doesnt care. Offered me store credit. This store will absolutely get something in your order wrong. I guarantee it. Your pizza will be made wrong, it will not be cut... into removable slices, and you'll wish you didn't have to drive back and forth to get it fixed with the price of gas, AND!!! NOTONLY THAT!!! BUT THEY WON'T EVEN OFFER TO TIP THE CUSTOMER PICKUP DRIVER FOR ALL OF YOUR HASSLE. How about if you don't likeyour job at Pizza Hut, you go find a job that you do enjoy so we can all be happy? They never have enough employees , service is beyond slow. The online app does not reflect the true time it will actually take... for the order to be ready ! Been waiting here for more than 30 mins and still no order !! The workers were arguing in front ofeveryone and not helping the other waiting customers ! Do better !!
