Took 15 minutes for our drinks to come out, 40 minutes for our bread to be given at our table. After over 50 minutes of waiting... for our entree we simply left. It is obvious that they are understaffed and we got the impression that there might only be 1cook. But when our waiter repeatedly said the food is on it's way and will be out any second (without us even asking him) and wecontinued to wait for nearly an hour, clearly he was trying to keep us there and patient. There weren't many people eating atthe restaurant at that time. We love Red Lobster but not enough to wait that long. It ruined our date night out. Based on otherreviews for this location it appears many others are having the same issue and the response given by management is so surprised.Not sure how much this location has before it is shut down, unfortunately. We will go to other locations when we calm down frombeing irritated. Won't be back at this one. Read more

Always seems a little dark and gloomy in there. This time we also had annoying gnats/fruit flies that would not leave us alone... in our booth. Even after killing two, there were still more. The service was good though and on a scale of 1/10 for how easy itwas to get the crab meat out of the shell it was about a 7. (Apparently the market rate for these though, was so expensive, hadI known ahead of time I wouldn’t have got them. They were $38!) Read more

My wife and I eat here at least once a month. The parking lot is under construction right now, so parking in the front of the... building is difficult. The building and grounds are always clean and well maintained. The interior is ALWAYS clean and inviting.The staff is committed to making you feel welcome, and happy to serve at all times. The food ? Delicious as always ???? Had not been in a few years & was not disappointed. Went for a late lunch & had the place to... ourselves & top notch service. We Enjoyed the Ultimate & Admirals feast & crab legs all around. Everyone was happy with a fullbelly. Wish we would of had more time so we could have finished our wonderful family feast with the bomb chocolate cake. We'llbe back! Read more

I hadn't been to a Red Lobster in quite a while. They rolls are as good or better than ever! The food was just average. The... flavors were good but the fact and oils used to get their flavors is a but much. The pasta had a layer of oil at the bottom ofthe bowl. They dont offer fresh fish of the day and cooked any way. You can only choose from the menu items which are all combodishes. 2 people, no appetizers and waters was $60.00. That seemed very high for me. Maybe a 10% food costs. They really need tooffer a better experience for those prices. Read more

Just had a horrible experience here, The lobster tails we were served had gray meat and slime throughout, out of the two... replacement tails only one was good, the other had the same issue. The crab leg meat was yellow, I gave up on finishing themeal. Our server was great and the food issue was not her fault but bad food ruins the experience. I have also emailedcorporate with the issue. I personally loved the ambiance and service. They all are very polite. Food was really good. Shrimp was very well cooked. We... went on a Monday expecting a less crowd. But we had to wait for 20-30 mins. It was always a good idea to call and check for atable. Except for the wait time, we had a great time. But I would say it was all worth it. Read more
