Visited on 3/10/21. Was placing an order and barista informed me that their espresso machine was not working! I don?t understand... how that?s possible, the espresso machine is the heart and soul of Starbucks!! I was like okay ?I?ll just get a cold brew?, thenonce again my heart was broken and the barista informed me they don?t serve cold brew there. I?m hugely disappointed, not at thebaristas because it?s not their fault but at management. This Starbucks is not regulated by Starbucks but Kroger. Kroger needsto get their act together. I will say that the barista was super sweet and tried to help me, I could see she was really trying.I just hope next time I go shop at Kroger, I can get a drink as well! Read more
Just ordered for the first time in this location and it was absolutely amazing!! Marie (I think that's their name? The person... with dark roots and gray/white tips) was super sweet and took my order smoothly and effectively even though I'm sure I was anightmare and couldn't make up my mind lmao. Is Starbucks is typical of most in the chain. The store was clean inside and the Baristas were friendly and helpful. location is... quite small so navigating the drive-thru and the parking lot can be a little bit difficult. Read more
