I came here often until recently because the service is awful now. They always make great sandwiches but multiple times now I... have waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru waiting for my order to be taken while there?s ZERO cars in the parking lot. Onetime I spent 30 minutes waiting before I pulled back around to ask them if they?re ever going to take my order. They seem tocomplete several online orders before they take the orders that are physically in front of them first, which is a good way tolose sales in my opinion. Read more
I almost lost faith in Subway due to some bad experiences until someone told me about "the Subway on University by the donut... shop near the loop". I ordered a salad through the drive thru. Thanks to all the advertising stickers blocking the dang glass where they are prepping the sandwich, you can't see most of what... they are putting in it when you tell them what you want on it. They put some really nasty dressing on mine. I was able to watchthem add all the vegetables I asked for but when I asked for oil and vinegar, they slipped some real nasty junk in it. Nice location, right in the beginning of 380. They had quite lively traffic in the middle of a working day, had to wait for... 5-10mins before getting to my turn. The staff was handling it pretty well though, it was one of the girl?s first day, but shewas doing quite alright. Was very very rude when we came in there was a tall guy and he saw us waiting on our food to be made and he just said I was... going to go on break. The lady with green hair was a complete jerk to me and my boyfriend yelled at us in front of other people.I'm sorry but yall have lost my respect it gives yall no right to treat a customer that way. I didn?t catch the names of the three employees working tonight, but they were all awesome. Ordered a sub off Uber Eats. The sandwich arrived and I couldn't even eat it as a sandwich, the bread was so soggy I couldn't... pick it up without it completely falling apart. It probably had something to do with a hot sandwich in the same bag as a colddrink. I've had great past experiences with this location when I was able to go to the store myself and order there. Sub did not taste good. She ruined sandwich with how much pepper she put on. I love pepper, but when there is a thin coat on... top... it's way too much. Didn't notice until I got home and they didn't seem to be real nice when I called them about it. Iguess I'll be watching how fast that pepper comes out!! Read more
