Waited 25 minutes in the drive through just to get to the speaker for them to tell me they aren't doing the drive through that I... need to order inside. I was irritated but thought they might be packed and understaffed. I go inside to order and hardly anycustomers inside and super loaded with staff. 3 people we're talking to their friends that came to visit them and the food makerwas on his phone making 1 burrito then back on his phone. With no one in line I still waited 5 minutes to order and then another30 minutes to get my food which I told them no lettuce on my burritos which were all loaded with lettuce but I waited too longso I just accepted it and left. If you like waiting a FULL hour for cold food this is the perfect location for you. Read more

I've been trying all the different taco bells in denton. This one is by far the worst. And that's saying something bc I thought... the one off loop 288 was bad but at least your food is warm, mostly correct, and you get a recipt. I pulled up and 3 cars werein front of me. It took over 15 mins for the 4 of us. My meal was cold, I was given creamy jalapeño sauce instead of nachocheese, and they completely forgot my chips and cheese nachos I ordered. To top it off I was not given nor offered my reciept.Maybe if they had printed off my recipt they might have gotten my order right ???? Edit to add the best taco bell in deton isthe one off Sherman and 288. They are quick, kind, and my order thus far has always been right. Read more

Lorena P was very unprofessional and food not prepared well and cold. I went through drive thru to order and it was incorrect so... I went inside with my debit card in my hand and asked her could I add bacon and I will pay and she snatched the other burritoout my hand threw it in the trash and said if I want something for free just say that, while she processed with she can?t giveme a refund. I went outside to get my phone to call the police and she locked the door so I couldn?t enter to receive my food.Will never return here again I made a police report and contacted corporate. It was my first time there, they have the worst customer services I have ever seen.Very unprofessional and untrained. I Pulled ... up and have to wait for her to say something. When I couldn't hear anything I asked if anyone was there, she answered rudely andsaid "order when you're ready " I said hello, and she repeated the same thing. After waiting for a while I asked to speak tothe manager she laughed at me like a maniac and kept me waiting there without saying anything to me.. When she finally saidsomething, she told me if I didn't leave she would call the police. I guess she looks at faces and chooses those she rendersgood services to. With the kind of hatred she had on her face for me that day, I didn't feel safe for such people to preparethe food I would eat. Never going back there again. Worst place ever! Read more

Long work day and a desire to not cook brought me here after not having been in probably over a year. I wanna start by saying... everyone working here was so nice and wonderful, they're amazing and should be given raises. The kiosks were pretty neat andintuitive, I liked them too. Got some tacos which were pretty good and nostalgic. Simple and tasty Taco Bell flavor that Ilove. I also ordered a Mexican Pizza which I was absolutely wild about having after such a long time. Sadly, the oil used forthe MP was old or it was cooked too long as it had a very strong bitter taste that stuck with me for several hours after eating.I tried to get through it, I did, but it was just not good and remained half eaten. I let the staff know just so they could beaware and they told me they had just filtered and cleaned the oil for the evening so I had likely gotten the tail end of a daysworth of frying. Y'all it's Taco Bell, you know what to expect. Maybe just try to come a little earlier than my sleepy selfdid. Thanks again to the staff for being so chill. Read more

We come to this location multiple times a week because it?s closest to us, I?d say 3/5 times the order is wrong. We?ve even had... a cashier tell us that they?re surprised we still come with how much they mess up our orders. I understand late night adds await time, but to wait an hour every time just to have wrong food, old and cold food is getting ridiculous. This visit we weretold to wait at the side door and they?d bring out our one taco and one fiesta potato remake, we waited for over 10min withoutanyone coming out to bring it to us, when I walked to the front door to see if it were coming out soon they just stared at meand didn?t even come out to see what I needed. We were there for about an hour. 30 minutes into our lovely experience I finally received my food, but my friend hadn?t. When we... went to ask about our food, an employee told us ?i don?t know what to tell you, I already made it.? so, i?m guessing someoneelse had taken it. The whole time he was acting like it wasn?t his problem. About 20 minutes later we finally get the guy tostart making my friend?s food (about 50 minutes after we had paid) and he only got one part of the order right. Attached hereyou?ll see what is supposed to be a crunch wrap supreme. I watched the employee make it, and it completely fell apart in thetoaster, he looked at it for about two seconds then he just threw it in the bag. My friend also ordered a five layer burrito,but got a normal one. Guess we can?t complain super hard about the poor quality of the food, nothing was wrong with it otherthan the fact that they put zero effort into making it look somewhat presentable. Definitely won?t be returning and I hope theyimprove how they operate their business. TL;DR- Waited an hour for food, got the wrong order and what they did end up gettingright was butchered. Read more
