They can't even get a simple order of spicy potato soft taco without lettuce... right even though it wasn't busy at all, had to drive back just to find out that they don't apologize, not compensate or let youorder more if you wanted to. I recommend if you order anything that is not the base menu style, Check your meals. Unwrap it all the way before you leave.... Rarely do i get the vegetarian replacements i ask for. This taco bell is lowering the probability of me returning to taco bell.Haven't had a black bean chalupa in the past 4 I've ordered. Starting to forget what it taste like. Read more

Don't even bother with this location. Sat at the order menu one night for 45 mins with no communication after they said one min,... and then when I was explaining it to the long line of people behind me thinking I was the problem, the staff started to give mean attitude that they were really busy. Their mobile orders must come inside "policy" is not approved from corporate. Why evenwear one glove? The inside is disgusting, dead flies and cobwebs in windows even though it only opened this year. They make thewrong thing and you bring it back and they tell you you're wrong even though the receipt shows they made the wrong item alltogether. ???? The hubris is unreal here. They are in the Wild Wild West at this location. I love Taco Bell but I'm never goingback to this one, ever. ...and I'm sure they are fine with it cause they are rude and don't understand the business they are orbetter said the business they are losing. I have been to this one about four times. Not one time have I had a good experience. Today at about 8:30 a.m. I had to go... through the drive-thru I ordered through the app. The girl starts telling me I have to get out of my car and go come into thelobby. Now there's no cars in line and I'm ordering for myself through the app. I'm like I am not coming into the lobby I am inmy pajamas. I have no she was telling me if you order online you have to come into the lobby. Just rude as could be. They needto order some employees that are happy and want to be there because that location sucks. Read more

My son and I came through, reading the previous reviews we thought we would try for ourselves. We came for lunch about 1:30 pm... on a Monday through the drive thru. The lady taking our order answered in a friendly manner. I didn?t feel rushed through takingmy order. We ordered 6 tacos, 3 regular and 3 loco tacos. They came through fast, packed with meat and no joke, fresh tomatoes!! This is the best Taco Bell I?ve had in a very, very long time. Read more

This is literally a brand new Taco Bell. Idk why they?re making food so poorly. I asked for bean burritos not a dry tortilla... with 1/4 a scoop of beans for over $2. Not worth it. Just go to Taco Casa or Taco Bueno Read more

I was so excited when this Taco Bell opened because it is literally right next to my house and I go there often and as long as... the younger lady is working the window everything is great but if it's the older Hispanic lady just leave. She always messes upthe order then yells and tells you it your fault not hers. Today she yelled at me over the speaker cause I didn't understand herthen when I got my order I checked it and it was wrong. She then told me I ordered burritos when I order chicken melts. Shedon't understand English enough to be working there. But that is OK it's her rudeness and being straight up hateful that I can'thandle. Arrived at 8:36 am doors were still locked. When I finally got what I believe to be manager Vanessa she didn't have a smile on... her face. I said good morning and I got no response. When she finally took my order same thing. The restaurant seating areaappeared not to be cleaned from night before tables, floors and soda station were not clean.
