I'm all-over the place on this one but I haven't had their food but have bought at least 20 smoothies there for myself and... family members. The majority of their smoothies are honestly lacking in taste. Our families favorite the MangoBerry cosmo whichwas my families favorite is now gone. The consistency of the smoothies is a little more icy than say Smoothie King but this isnot a bad thing- now they need to try Smoothie Kings smoothies and duplicate their tastes. In my opinion when someone orders aSmoothie they may want to provide a small sample of another type of Smoothie at the window to try to entice customers back.Their food reviews appear to be fairly solid so I will check out their grub in due time. I have sat at this drive through for an HOUR. I am still in it. I ordered ahead. Please just know if you have low gas your car... might die here. On a side note they screwed up both of the sandwiches but I felt it better to leave at that point. Read more
Despite mixed reviews on the place, I decided to try it. A lot of people said it took forever for their food, so I ordered ahead... of time. It was ready when I got there, however, the chicken caprese I ordered was so burnt and tough that I couldn?t happilyenjoy my meal. Read more
I really like most tropical smoothie locations, but the denton off of university drive has pretty bad service. The last 3 times... I went there, they messed up my avocolada smoothie (adding banana which is not one of the ingredients). When asked about it, theemployees acted as though bananas were part of the ingredients but clearly are not. Also, when I got the pesto chickenflatbread, the chicken was still cold. I also had the thai chicken wrap and was charged for a thai chicken salad. The wrap wasalso like 80% lettuce and a little chicken. Overall, not impressed with location. Today, was my first visit to the Cafe. The staff were warm and welcoming and the menu was amazing. The Avocolada Smoothie was... sensational, as was the Hummus Veggie Wrap. Yum! The Cafe is meticulously clean with ample indoor/outdoor seating. And, youcan't help but notice that they are busy, busy, busy with a line of cars wrapped around the building. Ordered a beach bum with white chocolate and a chicken pesto flatbread (no parm or tomato/ add lettuce) and a side of the... jalapeño corn! It?s all amazingly delicious and wasn?t expensive either! Everything was made to order (nothing wrong!) I?m anavid smoothie drinker and will probably go back tonight for dinner. Cannot recommend this place enough! Read more
