Didn't kick us out or mention we were in airsoft gear I don't like standing out so that was really good service for me 5/5
I don't usually take photos of Wendys food, and this occasion is no exception. I visit this particular Wendy's roughly once... every month or two, as fast food cravings allow. Staff is friendly and quick, and the quality is always above what I like torefer to as the 'fastfood average'. Right now they have a pretzel melt with beer cheese burger, it's pretty good. Read more
Went by at 8pm to the drive thru on a Saturday night. Someone told us that they close the drive thru at 9pm & refused to serve... us. I double checked the time & told them it was 8 but got no response. I've been there before, later than that & they wereopen. Was super weird. Tried again today & no one is manning the drive-thru at all. Pulled up to the window & was ignored. Nomore chances, that's it. Read more
We went at closing & they were more than willing to test us like we came early. Very good staff.
So I called this morning to make sure they had the strawberry salad and was told "Yes we have it. " Drove 35 minutes to get... there they make us 2 STRAWBERRY SALADS. Drove back home. NO STRAWBERRIES!. I called back and the lady says "I told them thismorning we didn't have strawberries to make those salads" so the people working there went ahead took the order made the saladKNOWING THEY WEREN'T RIGHT. This particular Wendy's was inside a Loves Truck Stop, which these are usually pretty good, but this seemed to not have... everything that Wendy's usually have such as their wonderful wraps. We went through their drive thru and I don't think theycould here us very well (had to order 3 or 4 times before they finally understood what we wanted). I was not impressed!! Read more
Went in to get some lunch, nobody at the register, waited 5 minutes, and still nobody. Plenty of people walking around in the... back, but no one who would take my order. Several even looked at me and the people who were now behind me, and just walked by.When I asked to speak to a manager I was told they were "too busy" and was ignored. Very Disappointing! Read more
Subpar Wendy's... parking is not good for dining in. It's a gas station truck stop. Drive through is your best bet. Easy off... easy on back to the high way... if you need a quick bite going south....before you get to the metroplex... Read more
