I ordered breakfast through the drive-thru and had to note the wonderful change in recent customer service. I was in and out... pretty quickly and the eggs and sausage are well cooked. I saw more effort from the staff than you see most places now a days,especially for it being first thing in the morning. Read more

Walked in with my kids to dine in around 6:30pm. There was one other person there eating. All the tables/booths were dirty... except one. We had to wait at the counter over 5 minutes before someone came to take our order. The guy running fries andnuggets sat on his phone while we waited. I didn?t understand that one. What seemed like the manager on duty was not veryfriendly or warm welcoming. He took our order but said they didn?t have milk for the kids meal so we opted for apple juice. Thenfound out they didn?t have that either. Goodness. Okay. We took a cup for a fountain drink. The food was pretty good. Nuggetswere hot, fries were just warm but we ate them. My biggest complaint is while we were in there multiple people came to the doorsand apparently they had been locked after we entered. That just seems so bizarre to me. The drive they wasn?t busy enough towarrant the lobby being closed. And most of the people trying to come in were people from the drive thru. Their hours on thedoor say the lobby is open until 10, I believe. There was no sign otherwise stating why the lobby was closed. That seemsunprofessional to me. I wish I had thought to keep my receipt to complain to the company. We?ve come here many times andreceived cold or incorrect food. I just don?t see us coming back after this. Read more

I have given this place many chances, but at this point I will go out of my way to go to another Wendy's location. The manager... could absolutely care less. He acts like he does not want to be there. Extremely slow service. Unprofessional employees. Coldburgers. At times, the lobby has dirty tables, with previous customers cups still there. I doordash and if I have an order atthis place, I have started turning those jobs down as it takes so long to get the order it's ridiculous. Read more

The customer service was very poor. I would definitely not recommend eating at this location the worker there was very rude with... a very nasty attitude. I also received cold food. Do not recommend this location!! Read more

This is disgusting, we paid $8.61 for a ?4 for 4? but the drinks aren?t even the right size and the fries are not even worth... paying for, they put is an EXTRA small , and the guy who took our order had a attitude and didn?t even speak loud, it lookedhorrible inside and it?s just not worth going. The Wendys we go to by the Triangle Mall is the best, this is trash compared tothe other one. If someone has the managers number, let me know because I don?t think people should get scammed like this . Verymad ! Read more

Everytime I come here, there is something wrong with my order and today may be the last time I give them a shot. Usually they... forget a sauce or a special instruction, but today we got attitude, laziness, and old, cold fries AND nuggets. I usually enjoythe Wendy's brand, bit this location just isn't it. I don't know if it's a lack of good staff due to covid or just poormanagement, but something here needs to change. Read more

Lots of smudges everywhere, crumbs/cup rings on tabletops, coke machine is nasty/sticky, and it kinda smells in here. It seems... they may be short-staffed and are focused on kitchen duties. I just hope they have better cleaning technics/procedures in thefood prep area than they do in guest area. Read more
