Horrible drive-thru! They need to train their people better. After saying my order 3 times before they could get it right, they... still didn't enter it correctly. So after sitting in line for about 5 minutes, they had to reenter the order and start over. So,I pulled forward to wait on my food. After another 15 minutes, I parked and went inside to see what was going on. Magically, they had it ready after i walked in. No communication, no apology, nothing. My patty melt had raw meat. I was told that it was sometimes normal because they set timers and cook it for set time. I was... offered a free brownie, or to cook another burger. I didn't want another burger as I ate most of first one before I noted redmeat????. I didn't hear an offer of returned money????So I just left. The manager was nice and friendly.
