Horrible drive-thru! They need to train their people better. After saying my order 3 times before they could get it right, they... still didn't enter it correctly. So after sitting in line for about 5 minutes, they had to reenter the order and start over. So,I pulled forward to wait on my food. After another 15 minutes, I parked and went inside to see what was going on. Magically, they had it ready after i walked in. No communication, no apology, nothing. My patty melt had raw meat. I was told that it was sometimes normal because they set timers and cook it for set time. I was... offered a free brownie, or to cook another burger. I didn't want another burger as I ate most of first one before I noted redmeat????. I didn't hear an offer of returned money????So I just left. The manager was nice and friendly. Not rude orinsensitive. I just thought more concern could be given for raw meat. Maybe a refund offer. Anyway, check meat before eating?????? Read more

I gotta give it to this whataburger from my point of view. They were slammed and the staff was in harmony. They all did their... own duties and there were no bickering amongst the staff. The food was on point and the timers never ran long before they weresilenced. Read more
