Well they said it was going to take 20 to 30 minutes. I understand that they were busy. I made my order paid for it, left. Came... back 20 minutes later. Ask what they called my name they said no. I stood in front of them until 40 minutes later. When I askwhere my order was at. They all had to look of oh and made it. At the 50 minute mark I finally got my meal. When I get home myfrys were cold and my chicken was barely warm. I don't live that far away. When I asked what took so long I got no answer. Originally we made a delivery order for 4 people and the order was completely wrong. However I made a call and spoke to the lady... manager and she made the order perfect, upped the drink sizes and redelivered the order which was perfect the second timearound. We have ordered from your store for years (at lest 5) Lately (last few Months) we get home and its either the wrong order or... parts are missing! So this means we have to get back in the car, go to your store to straighten out this order!!! Tonight myhusband went to your store and ordered ?Bone IN? When he got home, we had chicken nuggets!!!! So my husband took the bag back toyour store to once again straighten out our order. This time when he got home.They had changed the chicken to bone in.
