Terrible and rude customer service. I was rejected the service by the cashier after his system wouldnt honor the discount deal... from the signs they have posted in the store. This was a big humiliation and I will be taking it to 7-11 franchised legal team. Read more

The manager is very rude and unprofessional. They have a big sign that says $3.00 for large nachos. I get to the cashier it's... 3.50. I told them it says $3.00 he even saw it. He said no the sign is wrong and that he will not honor his sign so I told him Ididn't want it. You lost money either way so now he had to throw the whole nachos away instead of honoring the $3.00 very rudeand poor customer service was today May 18th at 7:20pm the girl was trying to help but the man he just didn't care Read more

Terrible Customer service! I realize that it?s 7-11 however, very bad service. When I walked in the women was playing or texting... on her cell phone and sitting behind the counter. When I went to check out she acted like I was inconveniencing her especiallyafter I asked for a scratch off lotto ticket. She completely rolled her eyes at me! I?m not sure what I did to make her act thisway as I was being polite. After she rang me up I asked her for a bag and she said ?It cost money? I said that was fine and gaveher 10 cents. Her entire demeanor was just super rude! I have never called customer service to complain before but I actuallydid call the corporate office. They said someone would be reaching out to me from that store but so far no one has reached out.I will be avoiding this location as much as possible however it?s the closest gas station to my house so I will, unfortunatelyprobably still go there every once in a while. Gas pumps frequently are out of order, or have broken card readers. Have had to go in the store to pre pay for gas the last 3... consecutive trips. On this trip, had to try 4 pumps before one worked. Air compressor also known to be broken, taking money butnot pumping air. Hand sanitizer out of stock 100 percent of the time. Really poorly run, would avoid. Read more

I was in this 7-11 at 6 PM tonight 12/26/20. I stopped by to pick up a soda and a powerball ticket. Went to the counter to pay... for the bottle of soda and asked for a Powerball with powerplay. Gave her $6 and she gave me my $0.50 change and I was standingthere waiting for my Powerball ticket. After a few seconds of her just looking at me and not moving I had to ask her for thePowerball ticket I paid for. I do not know what her problem was but she rolled her eyes at me and then walked over the themachine to get my ticket. I guess I was inconveniencing her because she had to wall all the way over to the machine that was 6feet away. Really bad customer service. Read more

Talk about inconsiderate. I was expecting a quick trip considering all I wanted was some bottles of water and a pack of... cigarettes. At the last minute while getting out of the car to go in my wife asked for 10 mini tacos. I asked the Teller for thelittle tacos along with several bottles of water and the cigarettes. He says" let me make you some fresh tacos". I replied " ItsOK, just give me whatever you got" He says "Itll take 3 min" I say "Fine". I sit patiently for the 3 min until I hear the oventimer go off then I stepped up to the counter. He bags the tacos up and hands them to the guy who was behind me in line. Thengoes back to serving other customers in line. By this time my wife has come into the store and is upset at how long this processis taking. I finally had to interrupt his transaction with his 3rd customer after me and ask for the tacos. He smashed them upand threw them in a bag. Extremely disappointed with the service. I just don't know where everything went wrong. I was polite, Ithought we both saw eye to eye on the situation, apparently not. He even blew through the promts for my member points duringcheck out. This is my brothers hood, I love the visit to this area. And when I'm in this neck of the woods, I like this Seven Eleven... location. I can only speak of my experience with the staff. And it's always a great one, prompt customer service. And the recentprecautions taking during the last couple of months makes me comfortable, kindred in a sense. Read more
