Very poor customer service.. They mistreat the homeless.. And don't speak any English.. And always on the phone!! May 22nd... 2022...I go go in to buy a pack of smokes and sun flower seeds in a rush I left my smokes on the counter and left. I get back tothe house and notest I didn't have my smokes. Only 20 min. Later I go back to collect my smokes and the clerk didn't rememberhaving to to pick up the smokes or me and wouldn't run receipt or check for verification...wouldn't give me the time of day!!!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AT 10 BUCKS A PACK... I DESERVE THE THE CONSIDERATION!!! Read more
theres a man who works overnight and almost everytime i try to go there at night the door is locked and he tells me to go away.... the other day i went in and used one of my cards, he then loudly yelled that my card had declined and after i used a differentcard that went thru he rolled his eyes at me. Super weird they keep an employee there who is constantly turning down customerscause they dont want to work. Read more
I greeted the man, who barely acknowledged me. I asked politely if I could use the restroom which was visibly open, and was told... ?yes? by a man helping unpack, but ?no,? from the man in the uniform with no explanation. It is 02:14am so maybe he?s not in agreat mood, but now I have to stop again because I?ll be on the road a while. Read more
Terrible customer service. They allow their co workers to bully customers out of deals. If you are a user of the 7 eleven app I... suggest you DO NOT shop at this location. Even deals that they offer that doesn't require the app, they screw you on. Read more
If I could give this 7- Eleven a 0 I would. Went in today and there are signs everywhere Gatorade 2 for $3 grab 4 get to the... register and they rang up normal price. Clerk tells me I?m wrong and that they are normal price informed him of the signs and helooked at them. He did NOT honor the price and asked me what i wanted him to do. I told him fix it in the system and honor thesale and he refused. Will NOT go back worst 7- Eleven I?ve ever been to. Read more
The guys who work in the afternoon suck. They never pay attention to you and they are always talking to each other instead of... doing their job. One guy always looks like he just rolled out of bed. The girls who work there however rock. They always greatme and they ask how my day is going. This store really needs a new manager. Read more
The worker has been charging state tax on everything he rings in the register I started noticing that it was a little more... expensive then normal so I started watching every time when the night shift worker was there it has gotten so bad i saved myreceipts and this last time he charged me sales tax was $8.58 and there is state tax added $31.19!! My card is tax exempt so hehas been getting a lot of money out of the cash register!! I'm very upset I want my money back!!! Read more
