Literally the WORST 7 11. I went in to get an iced coffee. 15 minutes later I walked out without an iced coffee. I go in and... NONE of the iced coffee machines are working. I tell the associate closest to me ( who was on a phone call) he tells me tell theguy at the register. I walk up and he?s on his phone. I tell him the iced coffee machines aren?t working he says use the one onthe backside. I go to look just incase I missed one. Nope I didn?t I go back and say hey it?s not working. He shouts out to thefirst guy I told and tells him to fix it. I stand out of the way but near the coffee machine while they yell back and forthabout which flavor ( I?m not sure why because both mocha and vanilla were out) The first guy can?t get it to work, is touchingthe spout with bare hands and then another guy comes out and yells at him. He puts the flavors back in the back fridge and walksaway. I left. The store was disgustingly dirty. There must be new owners because I?ve lived in the area 20+ years and never inmy life have seen it this bad. Read more

To the employee who was working the night shift yesterday on March 16,YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO WRONG PRICES. Almost every item... that I bring up to the counter has an inflated price from what the price tag originally says. And then you have the audacity totell me "Not to come to your store if you don't have money". But I had just bought a coffee and came back this time to buy somecandy? That's alright.
