Came to this store at 12:30 and the cashier had taken it upon himself to close the store. As we waited 5 other people came and... he refused to open the door. Why is this allowed? He regularly does this as I have been told and he still has his job?? Pleasemake it make sense. Read more

Be prepared to be held hostage and locked in the store after purchasing your items. The employee charged us for our merchandise... and proceeded to lock us in after trying to walk out the store saying we didn?t pay for our stuff & snatched the bag out of myhands. I showed him the bank statement that clearly said the amount deducted form 7/11 with the exact time and charge amount. &his system was clearly frozen but that doesn?t change the fact we were charged for it. That still was not enough proof for him Iguess. So I argued with him back and forth to either give me my items or a refund and he refused to do either. Also while lockedin the store he was taking pictures and recording me and my friend. Which I found very discomforting. Mind you there are othercustomers outside waiting to be helped and just watching us confused as to what?s happening. It?s just all together a weirdsituation. Definitely will not be returning to this convenience store. Read more

Walk in to get a 79 cent big gulp that is advertised all over the outside of the building. (See attached pictures) Sprite flat.... Coca cola flat. Get Dr pepper because it's not flat. Walk up front, enter my phone number. 2700 pts available. Charges me$1.79. This happens to me all over at 711's and it's almost triple expected price. I finally say something. He has me re enterpoints. Fumbles around a little. Finally he says $1.79. I say $0.79? And point to sign. He says yeah $1.79. I say "no,$0.79." He says "not for you." I ask if he'd like his $0.79 for the Soda or if he'd rather throw it away. He opted to throw itaway. I turned to leave. A customer offered to pay for it, but I declined. I've caved in over a dozen times. No more. Isimply came hereto get a pack of cigarettes. I will now take that business elsewhere as well. Pretty discriminatory to tellsomeone a posted deal is good for everyone but 1 individual. Edit: I posted the review and looked up to see the customer whooffered me the extra money, pumping his gas. I approached him w a $20 bill. He was confused so I elaborated. It was nice tosee a stranger try to help, to the point he reached into his own pocket. Read more

Awful staff, will ignore you and have conversations amongst themselves as your standing at the counter waiting. Stood there for... a couple minutes waiting to check out and was never acknowledged. I ended up leaving everything on the counter and walkingout. Bonus was watching both staff members wipe and blow there nose with just their hands and then resumed working. Read more

Working on a construction crew down the road from this location and went in to get coffee and asked to use the restroom. The guy... at the register was handing me the key and the older man says "no, no restroom" guess I'll be letting the crew know to go toanother store. Smelled bad in there anyway. Read more

On the night of November 12th (Morning/13th) I entered the store and asked the associate for restroom access. He refused stating... "No Public Restroom". The associate refused to identify himself (while also failing to wear a nametag as required byassociates). When I asked why the restroom was unavailable to Rideshare (Lyft/Uber) Drivers who are customers, he had noresponse. When I asked who the Store Manager was, he refused to provide me the name. We have yet another Metro Denver 7-Elevenlocation that refuses to provide clean bathroom facilities for customers. Additionally, this location leaves a lot to be desiredas it's generally filthy and disorganized. Being left with no option but to urinate behind the store, I was approached bymultiple characters asking if I was interested in illicit drugs or "a good time". Perhaps the exterior can't be controlled byone night associate, but nevertheless, I can't fathom why any associate is standing around, doing absolutely NOTHING, while thestore needs serious attention. Does 7-Eleven have ANY Quality Control or Accountability for its presence in the community??Disgusting. ATTN: Location Manager: Please note that this location is now officially added to the Denver-Metro Rideshare &Delivery Boycott List. Drivers for Lyft-Uber-Instacart-DoorDash-GrubHub-Shipt-Amazon-Scooter Juicer professionals are stronglyadvised to avoid patronizing this location. There are way too many other choices for fuel and other provisions than to settlefor patronizing this grotesque establishment. Read more

The manager RAJ has a horrible mouth and is beyond disrespectful. He gave free food and 10$ to a man that was burning off... security tags off from some jeans right infront of the 711 store doors. But couldn't give us some WATER. We bought a cup of iceto get water but the soda machine doesn't have water. They had just gave someone water to us, but we went in for another icewater. He was yelling at us to get out his store and everything. All because I asked what the problem was about him getting uswater again. We don't live around this 711 so thank goodness, we will NEVER EVER come to this one again. Read more
