Dry burnt over done pizza and bread. There is no sauce on it. They were 35 minutes late with the delivery. Very over priced for... what I received . I called them to tell them this and was on hold for 20 minutes so the phone finally just disconnected!!! Keptcalling back and waiting on hold, in total I called 5 times. One for 9 minutes, another for 7, then I stopped hanging up andcalling back and just waited for 20 min be for it disconnected. Called again for three minutes and someone answered! I saidhello and then they hung back up! I called again one more time and a guy answered again, he did not care about my complaints orbad experience. He told me ?ya we don?t give refunds and would not speak to me. I had to get in the car to drive down there andsee a completely empty store. The guy kept telling me I didn?t order from them and I?m not in the system, I showed my receipt toto him and he said oh yes here you are in the system magically entered you right now. I don?t recommend this place to anyone.This is ridiculous!!! I want my refund no matter what!! Rude Nothing that happened was of acceptable for a company. I hope theycall and resolve this issue with me. Update- Today is Tuesday and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have called repeatedly everysingle day. Not one person will answer the phone and when I go down there and leave messages for managers and owners I hearabsolutely nothing back. This is truly the worst customer service I have absolutely ever EVER had!!!!! What a chump piece oflazy work that the owner can?t call me or have a manager call me!!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. They gave me a pizza with blocks of cream cheese and onions- not what I ordered. I tried for 3... weeks to get a refund for a terribly wrong pizza (that the employees said would be refunded.) And I even got confirmation fromthe manager that same night for a full refund.. but then the next day the GM wouldn't allow it to be processed. I triedcontacting the GM multiple times and he refused to speak with me. Any amount of money spent on this chain is a waste. Read more

The WORST experience. I ordered and paid for a pizza for pickup, when I showed up they told me I had no order. I showed the... confirmation email with the order number, and the lady told me ?there?s no order in the system.? She walked to the back and sentout another guy who also told me there?s nothing in the system. I called the phone number on the order, after severalinteractions they realized they had the pizza already made under my last name (I gave first and last name when I asked for myorder at the start). I left on frustration, only to get home and realize they gave me a medium pizza instead of a large like Iordered. The pizza also only had cheese on half of it. I called the same number back for a refund, and he gave me major attitudeand blamed me for taking the wrong pizza and not checking it. Never going back. Read more

Don't bother ordering from here and go to another pizza shop that has a shred of self-respect. The pizza wasn't any better than... a Little Ceasars or Domino's. First and last time I'll be getting food from here. I truly don't know how they stay in businesswith the terrible reviews I have read and from my experience. Ordered a bubba bread and a sausage, onion, and mushroom pizzaand they forgot the onions and mushrooms. I heard the guys talking about messing up the order as they reviewed the ticket when Iarrived. They didn't bother to try and fix the pizza, or compensate me for the mess up, instead I paid full price and still gavethem a decent tip. I called after I got home to talk with someone and the phone wasn't answered after 6 mins so I hung up andcame here to leave a review. Couple of different things wrong with this place. First thing customer service sucks. I understand that there not the best... neighborhood, but at least acknowledged your customers when they walk in. I stood at the counter for 22 and a half minutesbefore they even asked if I wanted to order. Second thing wrong with this place their cheese is awful, crust is super-thin ( Iwasn't asked what type of crust first time here) did I mention their cheese is awful!!! I have no idea what kind of cheese theyuse, but it tasted weird and when it got cold it tasted even weirder and looked strange. I would never recommend this placewhatsoever. Read more

The pizza is very average, it?s fine if you don?t need any specialty toppings or after a night or drinking. It took forever for... them to deliver the pizza even though I live down the block. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered BBQ boneless wings. 10 wings for $11! They legit sent me low quality chicken nuggets... with sauce drizzled on them! They didn't even cook them crispy! Crazy Read more
