God awful experience, we order blackjack all the time. This was terrible our pizza took an hour and 45 minutes when I called to... see what was taking so long the person on the phone was rude and stated they delveried our pizza to the wrong person?. Once aredelivery driver arrived to my complex he didn?t bother getting out of his car to find my unit, he simply called and said can youcome down to me I can?t find your unit? when I came down he was just sitting in his car and not even trying to find outunit. Not to mention our pizza was the wrong size as well. They gave us a discount but still I will not be returning afterthis terrible experience. Read more

My husband and I order from here maybe twice a month and its always the same lg 2 topping with salad and it seems to get better... each time. When I ordered it tonight and the lady who took my order was awesome and tye delivery lady Jasmine was great. Mypizza was in less then 30 minutes. Awesome service. This is my favorite place. DON'T DO IT!!! If I could give a negative star rating I would. I ordered a Jackpot pizza on square pan crust and it was severely... undercooked. When I called to notify a "manager" he basically said that his ovens are old and won't be able to cook the pizzathoroughly so the company should stop selling that pizza on square crust. His lack of confidence in providing a quality productled me to ask for a refund instead. He then snarkly replied, "Well we should get our pizza back, too". I told him that he wasmore than welcome to come back to pick up a half eaten pizza as long as we receive our refund. I have NEVER heard of such rudeand reckless behavior - I will not order from this location again. Read more
They are complete trash at this store. The pizza photo'd was obviously dropped. What's sad is it is a replacement pizza of one... that was completely uncooked so they had to credit it. They are rude. It is full of kids working who love to say the"n" word nomatter what customer is there and they are all Hispanic which is even more disrespectful.
