Pizza was great. My favorite pizza sauce. The salads are a family favorite. Tried their garlic bread for the first time and it... was tasty. Only bummer is I can't use multiple coupons in the same order. ( Not on the same item of course) Read more

I ordered my pizza on a Monday at 8:22pm did not get it until 9:40pm. The driver didn?t apologize for it being so late. Then... when we were about to eat found out they forgot our ranch dressing we ordered. I called the guy was not professional at all toldhim that they forgot our ranch and it took an hour and 20 minutes to get our pizza. He first was silent then he said do youjust want a credit. Not apologizing that our pizza was late and they forgot our ranch. Think I will find a different pizza placethat has people that know how to do their job. Read more

I'm really super disappointed in this blackjack's work ethic. I guess it's ok to not completely cut a pizza completely when it's... for a customer who clearly wanted it cut to eat. Now I've gotta find a way to cut it. How difficult is it to firmly press yourpizza cutter all the way through some very hot/soft dough????? What's funny is my wife ordered it this time & y'all still messedup. Read more
My food was good and hot. It arrived in a timely fashion. Even paying double what the coupon said (after tip an delivery fee... which is ok) getting something you didn't order really is a downer. At 10 at night I could never call an ask for my food to becorrected for many reasons. All I ask is if your not gonna make the substitutes. Don't offer it period. Thank you an hope greatpizza is in everybody's future Update: 12 hours didn't pass an getting a response means alot to me. Shows that people care aboutfeedback. I have ran restaurants for many years. The rating isn?t about the stars but about the point of this whole experience. We love blackjack salads but this time I found a... friecken nail in my salad. And you can see I?m not lying because I have fake nails on as shown in the picture. This is sodisappointing . I take a bite and feel something hard and what do you know.. a nail. I called them and the man stated they weargloves so he didn?t know how it got there. I asked to get reimbursed and it still isn?t showing up so I?m going to keep an eyeout for it? Read more
