The worst place that I had ever gone to. Please for your safety! DO NOT EAT HERE. First we got food. All the workers were beyond... rude and very unprofessional. It took them 1 hour to get our food. Went home and turns out that my chicken was RAW! Took a biteand it made me puke amd sick to my stomach. Went back to get a refund and they were very rude and did not want to give back ourmoney even when we shown them our recipes! The signs and online said they close at 11:00pm but they locked the doors at 8:00pm!We went through the drive thu to continue to get our refund and they took the recipes and said, that the morning manager willlook at it and give our money back. They said, they put the recipes in a safe place to where she can look at it the next day.The next day came by and still the whole staff gave us looks and they did not want to give us the money. They said, that sincewe had no recipes they couldn't refund us. We mentioned that the staff put it in a safe place but, they threw our recipes away.Since they lied, we showed them our bank statements for them to finally acknowledge that we definitely did pay and did not getour money back. After that, the morning manager tried to kick us out as soon as possible. This place is a joke and I will nevereat here again. I'm not sure how this place is running. I ordered an impossible whopper and drove home to find out it's a beef patty. It's too far to drive back since the location... isn't exactly close to me. So frustrating wasting money like this. Just do better please. Read more

I waited 20 minutes in the drive through. The food was fresh. The guy taking orders was sooooo sweet really composed and genuine... considering how hard he was being worked. The problem here is a lack of leadership and management. If you can?t hold staff orhire staff please adjust the hours accordingly this will generate better service happier employees and more cash flow. Read more

Normally love this location but the chicken sandwich I just got for my girl was literally black and calling the location seems... to be useless because it just rings and then after a few minutes hangs up Update 08-16-22 The kid trying to get food out wasbeing yelled at by someone female using lots of profanity and being really horrible. Never this location again. They have four people back there and I had to wait 10 minutes for two big kings. And I know they had... people and drive through but I've seen way more restaurants move faster than they were, they were taking their sweet time likethey had all day and my big kings were cold also! This place is always super slow. Staff always sitting in the lobby playing on phones or eating.(I get what a break is but... there's ALWAYS someone doing nothing. Today will be the last time I come here. Brought my son here for lunch. Both our friesare old and hard, they have 2 choices for a kids drink that's not soda, and the lettuce on my sandwich was brown.
