Tried ordering from the BK app with HOME delivery via DoorDash. 100% failure by BK and DoorDash. Whoever made my burger didn?t... follow my request for no lettuc, tomato, condiments. Used three junior whopper patties, which were dry and room temperature.Door Dash driver decided to make a drop off far away making my meal a half hour late being delivered when I?m only four minutesaway from the store. And then he left it on the doorstep instead of handing the meal to me. I intended to tip in cash, which maynot be the best idea in this situation. But worked out because I didn?t have to leave a tip because the driver left before I gotto the door. Deleted the BK app. Read more

Went because they had a promotion for free kid?s meal for Halloween. The poster did not say it was limited to one. We ordered... and the employee told me that the promotion only worked once. She did not give me time to correct the order, and charged mewithout telling me what I was charging me for. We ended up having to pay for one kid?s meal and when I asked to refund thatamount because I did not consent, she told me she could not refund the amount. Again, I did not know I was being charged becauseshe didn?t tell me my order and did not give me time to process. Additionally, the ?kid?s meal? that was free did not have a toy- so it ended up with one kid with a toy, and the other without. Horrible experience they forgot my bacon and nuggets and gave me attitude for it now I go back for it and the bacon they gave... me doesn?t even look cooked such bad quality they don?t even treat there customers with respect. They put chunks of ice when yousay light ice they can?t follow simple instructions some lady named Jauna wouldn?t even give me a free milkshake for my troubleslol. I?m a cooperate manager I would never treat anyone that way. I placed an online order to be picked up through the drive-through at this location. When I arrived nobody answered at the... drive-through speaker, so I continued to the window. After waiting about 5 minutes for them to give the customer before metheir food, with a line building behind me, I reached the window. When I told them my name and that I was their for a pickupthe employee yelled at me ?Why didn?t you tell me at the speaker! I am very busy!? Then she proceeded to complain to herco-workers, in front of her manager and me, while preparing my food. When I said thank you after receiving my food she rolledher eyes and walked away. I am not going to be ordering from this restaurant again due to this terrible customer service. I donot recommend anyone spend their money here if this is the type of service that is offered. Got 2 whoppers, 2 small frys and 2 drinks for less than $10. One of the best deals for price vs quality vs quantity around. The... person at front desk was overwhelmed and with to go orders and took long time to wait on us. Thus the missing star. Read more

We usually love Burger King but tonight was so disappointing. We ordered 3 whopper meals and some nuggets, spent almost $50 and... it was awful. They used the small buns so the burger was small, we didnt get the double cheese we paid for and there was nolettuce on the burger just gobs of mayo. I tried to call to speak to a manager but the phone is disconnected. There was also noreceipt provided for some reason. I would like to be contacted for either a refund or a remake please. Or I will have to go into the restaurant to speak to a manager. Read more

Worst BK In the state. Sat for 15min at the window waiting for food. A normal #1 was apparently too difficult for this band of... folks. Not a single "I'm sorry" or "we are waiting on X" nothing. The building his falling apart and the staff are as friendlyas a rabid dog. This owner should be ashamed of themselves because his staff certainly isn't. Not the first time either. Will bethe last. Going to take this as far up corporate as I can. Just tear the building down and build McDonald's Read more
