Went through the drive through to order food and when I went to pay my card declined. So I said ok and went to get cash. I... looked in my account 12.39 was taken out. I went to show the girl in the restaurant that the transaction processed she said Idon?t know it declined. So I asked her who do I contact to get my money back she said I don?t know your bank. I walked out. Shelocked the lobby doors after I left. I called the restaurant no one answered and the voicemail is full so you can?t leave amessage. Briana has the worst customer service I have received in a long time. She rushed me through my order and then at the window... when I handed her my card she snatched it and then I asked her for my receipt and she closed the window and then grabbed and itand threw it away. Then I waited about 10 min for my sandwich while she talked to the cooks and joked around and then when shefinally came back she was laughing. For a fastfood restaurant it was good and they got all of your order right it was hot and the french fries were good.
