I ordered southwest spicy chicken salad & received cold gross chicken. I told them to replace with crispy spicy chicken & again... received one big piece of chicken without cutting it. Lady at counter was acting weird . Finally replaced my order withsandwich. Zero customer service. They need more training how to deal with customers. Read more
Food and staff were perfect. The only issue was no tables wiped down. But it was very busy at lunch and I know places are... having trouble with staffing. Staff was working as hard as they could. Maybe they could put out cleaning supplies so you canwipe down your own table. Read more
I was going to give them 4 stars, but I have to give then credit for being on top of things. It was so busy when I got to the... drive through that the line went into the others stores parking lot. There must have been wo people a head of me. I was going togo someplace else, but didn't want to deal with the half hour argument and find something everyone would agree on. So I decidedto get in line and considerate it a break from bickering. It wasn't a very long break! I was through the line and on my way withan order for 6 people within 15 minutes. The drive through service is organized and fast moving. I was told which car to follow when the 2 lanes merged adding to how... well this company cares for its customers! The order was accurate as usual, and the people are consistently considerate. Read more
My boss had orderd a small tray of nuggets for a school function. I noticed it wasn't enough so I ordered a medium size tray for... the school and they were able to quickly get that order for me. They threw in serving spoons, plates, and napkins for theschool. I really appreciated their promptness and they were very kind and understanding. Read more
I'd give it a 5 star if it were a little more affordable. Their shakes are almost $5 - but they are delicious. Their chicken... strips are so moist! I ordered 2 strips and a strawberry shake = $9.11. Ouch! Their employees are always very polite and on topof their game. Don't let a long line scare you off - it goes fast! Read more
