At Chili's you know what to expect and they consistently deliver. We were seated in Sarah's section and she was a delight! Ordered to go and the wait time and delivery was good but the food was gross. I couldn?t even eat it because I don?t want to get... sick from it. The meat was raw and the chicken was red from the meat bleeding onto it. It?s disgusting. I?ve been to otherlocations and never had this issue just this location. Will never ever go back! Read more
The chicken in the Chicken Fajitas was uncooked! Did NOT taste or look like it was grilled! Tasted 2 pieces of it, and it... tasted rubbery like it was warmed up in a bag in a microwave and just added on top of the veggies. The Guac is by request now. Even after requesting it, it didn?t come on the boat serving dish. Bad taste and an unpleasant experience. I didn?t eat my mealbesides the rice and a bit of the beans! The tomato pico wasn?t fresh. The food was good. But the best was the service! Malissa was very attentive & so was David. You made our night just by being... the amazing people you are! Waitress was seemingly nice. However, she took our order by memory. Impressive right... so between the order from me to her to... cook, we'll I rec'd wrong order. No problem I'll just flag her down and correct it. EXCEPT NO ONE NOT ONE WAITRESS WAS ON THEFLOOR. I waited a few minutes, got up walked my plate towards the kitchen area, asked for our waitress and another waitresshandled the issue. Rec'd what you can view in picture. Hardly any turkey, put together hastily. They did "comp" my lunchorder. I appreciate, except maybe y'all could keep a waitress on floor just kinda walking around when customers need morewater, napkins etc... we also ordered an add on dessert, which both waitress and I forgot at end of meal. Also, bathroomwas beyond needing attention. Can't believe a grown lady would leave a bathroom in that way... other than that we will for surecome again, I think maybe just an off day. I've always said and tell friends never order fajitas elsewhere besides chilis and after decades this still holds true. I don't... order fajitas because the meats are often over cooked or undercooked specially when a trio combo is ordered if you don't knowyour cooking times you will have a mess. It has never been the case with chili's and their plating has gotten even better thanthey were and I love them. The waitress was great think she's been there last couple times, despite being tired near closingalmost due she keeps hustling taking out orders and filling drinks with a smile.
